Food is always fantastic. Got the Mexicano Omlette. Hash browns are always fire 🔥! So crispy on the outside and perfect on the inside.
Service is always just so so. Had to ask for multiple items multiple times. Coffee, jam and napkins. Probably cause they are always super busy. But because of that I cant give them 5 stars on service. Not horrible but not fantastic.

Fries were bland (tasted exactly like in n out), hash browns were watery, fruit was expensive, pancakes were burnt, chicken was pretty good. You're better off at a Denny's.

I love this location. Compared to others this is the one with best service, friendly staff and they always get my orders right . Not to mention this location is very kid friendly and the outdoor sitting does not dissapoint.

My daughters took me to Bill's on Father's Day 2025. It was about 8:15AM ish, and there were at least 3 groups ahead of us.
We were seated quickly. The service was great. My daughter and I had the crab cake eggs Benedict. It was absolutely delicious. My other daughter had steak and eggs. The steak was some of the best tasting I have had and perfectly cooked. I will go back to Bills for breakfast every time that I am in back in town.

Our go to place in Palo Alto for breakfast and lunch. Been a regular for years. Great service and food. Reasonable price given the location. Much more mellow now with outdoor seating and Calif Ave closed to traffic. Highly recommend, will not disappoint.
