Came in on President's day with 4 other girl friends and there was a wait but thats to be expected. We put our names down and were seated within 30 minutes. We each got a mimosa and ordered our food. Everyone loved their dish, food comes out hot and fresh. Bill's has never disappointed me yet.

Bill’s Cafe is widely praised as a cozy, classic spot for a hearty, made‑from‑scratch breakfast with generous portions and friendly, efficient service. The menu is broad, with everything from omeletes and skillets to pancakes, Benedicts, and healthier options, so it works well for different tastes and appetites. I always like their omelets and order. Wife likes their French toast and kids nothing but the Oreo Pancakes. This time I got my Omelets with little too many jalapeños. It’s not that I can not handle jalapeño or the spiciness. It's just too many and over powered the Omelet. I would prefer fresh jalapeño not the bottled one. But I guess that what Bill's Cafe uses in their Omelets. Bill's Cafe if you reading this, please use the Fresh Jalapeño not the bottled or the Can.
If anyone like big hearty classic breakfast with cozy feeling, this is the place. It also good for big group as well. It is little noisy but I guess that wha you expect if place is always full. A good place to go with family and friends for a breakfast.

Good food usually served fast. Recommend getting there early as they fill up and the wait begins. I've always gotten refills fast and without even asking most times. Be warned that some of the wait staff have amazing memories and will remember your drink and food orders. 😍
