Bill's Cafe - Stevens Creek

First time visiting this cafe. I was very happy with my choice! Had Bill's Original Skillet abd French Toast. Both were perfect! And the service was great too! Quick and helpful.
Definitely have to come back!

My first time going to Bill’s Cafe will unfortunately be my last. I went in today and had a really disappointing experience. We were told the wait would be 5–10 minutes. While we were waiting, another party (white family) walked in after us and was seated immediately without a reservation. It was hard not to feel uncomfortable.

The situation made us feel uncomfortable, and we decided to leave shortly after. I can’t speak on the food since we didn’t get that far, but the customer service and overall experience were disappointing. I hope management takes concerns like this seriously and ensures all guests are treated equally and respectfully.

Decent breakfast right on Steven’s creeks. This time I’ve tried the El Paso Benedict. It wasn’t off the charts. The pancakes were excellent 😊

Still my favorite breakfast spot in San Jose every time I visit. Delicious food every time. Barbara was very sweet and attentive. The sweet potato Benedict with carnitas was very creative, the hash browns have a nice crispy exterior. I leave full and happy every time

Bill's Cafe has great breakfast options. My kids like coming here. The staff is friendly and attentive. The wait(if there is one, mostly we gets seated right away) is also much more reasonable than some of the other locations like Willow Glen.
