Very disappointing service at the bar. No greeting, no napkins, no water even after a long wait, and no receipt unless asked. The bartender seemed indifferent and disengaged. What’s worse is the checkout defaults to an 18% minimum tip despite the poor service. Tipping should reflect service quality, and this experience fell far short.
Cruz was amazingly considerate and hospitable with us on our first brunch family gathering of the year. He was attentive and funny, which we appreciated as we were celebrating the life of my late father. He even brought and refilled a water bowl for my dog. The service he provided was fast and efficient. The food was excellent and fresh! We definitely want to come back.
I took my father and sister to this location last week on a weekday. The staff was very kind and professional. Our waiter, Isaac, went above and beyond when it came to customer service and continued to check on us to make sure things were good. We were very happy with his level of professionalism and overall hospitality. We will be coming back to this location. Thank you Isaac and Bill's Cafe!
