I've visited several Bills locations and this one unfortunately had some unfriendly servers and some really polite ones. As it began to get busy we started to receive not very polite service.

I usually go to the Bill's at Fremont Hub. Today, I have a doctor's appointment before lunch and another one at 1:45 p.m. right around here. So I came here. I arrived after 1:00 p.m. so there were plenty of parking spaces. There was no waiting either. I ordered a wild wild west Burger and a diet coke. The waiter told me it comes with a soup of the day. So I ordered a clam chowder. The clam chowder was good but the burgert was excellent. I would definitely come back here if I'm around the area.

I arrived before other guests, yet they were seated and served ahead of me. The waiter was rude and didn’t take my order correctly, which caused my food to come out wrong. I had to send it back to be remade, and only after a different waiter helped did the situation improve. My son’s chicken nuggets were undercooked, and he refused to eat them. My chilaquiles were extremely spicy so that I couldn’t eat more than two bites. Overall, the experience was frustrating and very disappointing and I still have to pay for bad food and service.
