I took my wife out to dinner last night for the first since we had our baby girl. We both ordered the chicken parm pazookie meal deal and when we got our food it was cold. We let our server know and she offered to heat it up for us. We said that was fine.... The food came back same temp. Only the plate was hot. The only hot item we had to was the avocado egg rolls. I will not be returning to this location. We were better off going to blossom hill completely across town and waiting for the long line. This location is not worth the time or money.

Service was very slow. In inquiring about our order after a long long time without any service we were told the server could not be found for 3o minutes effecting our table and others. A mgr appeared and eventually we received our meals. The mgr did apologize and provided a gift certificate for another visit lessening our poor experience. We appreciate the mgr accepting responsibility and will give them another chance to put their best foot forward.

We had reservations for 3 at 4:45 on a Saturday. We realized at 3:45 we would likely run late, we changed our reservation on the app to 5:15. When we arrived at 5, they had our reservation and we were seated right away. The service was good and timely. There was a bit of a wait for our check, but there was a QR code at the table to pay, so we just checked out that way with no issues.

Table for two for a business lunch. Service was good. Restaurant wasn't too busy for late lunch and it was easy to carry on a conversation. Server was good and food and drinks came out quickly. It's my go to place for me since it's close to SJC.

Really disappointed all around. The food took forever to get to us so why was it not hot when it came out? You can see in my picture that the cheese is already cold and I enhanced the picture just so you can see the color. It was not good at all. We never got our waters refilled the entire time we were there. So the service was terrible. To top it off. Your famous dessert pizookie was melted? Why? For the amount of ppl that were standing around and watching the TV was mind blowing. We shouldn't have gotten charged at all for the bad food or service.

The food was alright but the service was sub-par and it felt like we just spent a lot of time waiting. We waited 50 minutes to be seated after being told it was a 30 minute wait. We waited quite a while for the server to introduce himself and get us started with drinks. By then, we were ready to order some appetizers and entrees. We waited for about an hour, and all the food arrived at once. Once the food was there, we waited for plates to be brought over for our appetizers and pizza. We waited on an appetizer that had been forgotten. We waited for another 30 minutes after finishing our food for the pizookie that came with a couple of our meals (which had also been forgotten), as well as the check. We were about to get up and go to the front when someone finally dropped by to take our payment. We noticed that an 18% tip was added automatically since we had a large party, which was fine (though it would be nice to be told in advance). Then we heard another server telling a couple of his coworkers that we didn't tip? It was just not a great experience overall.

Prime rib overcooked and mostly fat. Potatoes were stiff and crusted. Like wallpaper paste asparagus was overcooked and chewy. . Overbooked and crowded. Had to wade thru a sea of asses in my face at wheelchair level to get to the ramp to get to a table. Waitress ghosted us

Kid-friendliness: It's a bar not a family restaurant

Wheelchair accessibility: Very difficult to navigate in wheelchair. Have to go thru the bar to access ramp at the back of the restaurant. Asses of bar patrons directly in my face at wheelchair level

Sara the bartender is not attentive nor respectful. We sat at the bar for 15 min without service on a non busy night, had to flag her down in order to get any sort of service, finally placed a food and pizookie order To-go. She brings the food out with no pizookie so I'm assuming it's still being made. 20min passes and I finally ask where it's at because the food is getting cold. She says that she ASSUMED i wanted it for here. If that was the case then why wasn't it brought out before our To-go order ? So we're there with cold food To-go and no dessert so at this point my fiancée and I are over it. I go to the manager and tell him about my experience with Sara, all while he was nonchalant about anything I was saying and did noting about the situation, I just wanted the pizookies removed from the receipt.

Came back less than a week later with a couple of coworkers for lunch and sat in the opens eating booths. Sara was working and you could tell she recognized us from the prior week because as son as she saw us she turned to someone and whispered and they both looked at our table. We ended up sitting in a booth for 10 min while she greeted and took 2 other people's orders who sat down after us. All while having to walk past our table 3-4 times to completely serve the other tables that sat after us.

All 3 of us got up and sat at the bar where Abe had outstanding customer service. Drinks and food came out fast all while tending to a full bar. As we're eating I look over and Sara is next to the beer glasses eating, drinking and talking to co workers. Their conversation is louder than the couple next to us and its just ridiculous. At the end of our meal we thanked Abe for the service.

I'd honestly never return to this location. I usually go to the blossom hill location but figured this was closer to work but from here on out I'd rather make the 30min round trip for a guaranteed good experience.

Food was not good. We had the Philly Cheese Steak. It tasted microwaved and frozen if that is possible. 20$ for that seems high.
Waitress was overburdened but she tried hard and was nice so no complaint there.
Restrooms were filthy.
Atmosphere was friendly but noisy because it is a sports environment so I cannot knock that because that is what the place is.
My only complaint was about the food and restrooms.

Worst service I have ever had at a bar station.

Food was fine, wine and cheese sticks.
Service (at bar) was atrocious! I could see the guidelines for customer service on the screen and NONE were executed! The male bartender said the woman would help me. Neither helped me until I asked for a menu. When I finished my mozzarella sticks and wine, and water, I wanted more. It took 30 minutes (AT THE BAR) with them walking in front of me constantly to get their attention for a refill. She had her back to me for most of the night. The back of the bar counter was a mess with empties, their dishes, bottles not put away and a slew of receipts.
Even when it slowed down, she walked in front of me multiple times with no check in on me.

Mind you, I did not need much. By myself, hung out for hours, and was self-entertaining. I should have been easy to serve and check in on. I am a very heavy tipper. This is not going to be good.

Other BJ Restaurants have been good. They lost out on Principle #5 for sure. Bummer.
