One of the employees messed up with our food, manager was nice enough to take it out of the check and give me and the 4 other Freind’s I was with, each a free dessert, very professional and was nice enough to do that for us. Managers name is Michael, overall food was good and workers, especially Michael the manager was very good and treated us well. Would definitely go back

My group had a good experience. Our server was super friendly and nice. The only issue we ran into was that we booked a reservation on OpenTable for 11am but once we arrived, they told me that we could get seated, but we wouldn't have a server until 11:30am since that's the time she arrives. I don't think that is the server's fault but more like the restaurant or OpenTable or whoever creates the open slots to book reservations. I think if the restaurant isn't going to be scheduling servers at 11am they shouldn't offer that slot and just have 11:30am and after when a server will be there.

A decent chain brewhouse restaurant with good selection of self brewed and guest beers - along with a respectable offering of ciders, seltzers, and wines.

I was hoping to try their Sunday special prime rib, but sadly they were out of stock for my late evening (~9pm) post-flight meal. My fallback choice of a ribeye was of middling quality, but the temper was decent and the added garlic butter topping helped a lot.

We had a great experience at BJ’s! The service was excellent, and our server, Jasmine, provided outstanding customer service, friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The pizzas were delicious, perfectly crispy, and full of flavor. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The food, atmosphere, and service were wonderful. Jasmine provided excellent service. she was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect. The vegetarian and pepperoni pizzas were absolutely delicious. This visit truly reminded us that BJ’s is a great place for quality food and outstanding customer service.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The service was so bad never felt so unwelcome at a restaurant before. I first arrived 10 minutes early to my reservation and the hostess told me our table wasn’t ready yet which was fine since I arrived early and had a big group. 25 minutes later still waiting for the table and thankfully that same hostess noticed that I was still waiting so she talked to another hostess about our table and shortly after I hear my table called and followed up with a “last call”, I’m sorry but how was it last call if it was the first call AND I had to wait 15 minutes AFTER my scheduled time? I could see that the initial hostess tried to correct the other but very clearly I noticed that the other hostess unapologetically shrugged and looked upset.
Whatever, I already made the reservation and didn’t want to allow this to ruin the occasion.
Once we were ready, the waitress comes to our table to take our order and she was so rude and passive aggressive for no reason. She had an attitude taking our orders and kid you not, shushed someone in my group when they wanted to make a correction to their order. Waitress name was Tyra which I know because someone else in my group tried to call for her attention to address his allergy by saying “excuse me miss” and her response was “my name is Tyra” is again, a very passive aggressive way.
Honestly just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible, there was another group there too so I really hope they had a better experience. They have an automatic 18% gratuity for large groups which makes sense especially because I certainly wasn’t planning on leaving a tip after that experience.
I’m so glad there’s an Oakridge and Cupertino location as the services there is so much better.

Went for my birthday, they didn't do anything for me, but did for other people in the restaurant. Server checked on us twice in two hours. I added the wrong sauce to my chili to make it taste like something

The venue is great. It wasn't crowded and we were seated pretty quickly. Our server was attentive and came around ensuring we didn't need anything. We didn't feel rushed, as time gone on the venue was getting busy. We will be going here again.

I visited last night. The overall level of customer service was exemplary. The staff demonstrated courteous behavior, and I was attended to by a particularly diligent server. I would like to extend my gratitude to the manager whom I encountered during my visit.

On 12/24 my family and I decided to dine in. It was a total of 6 of us and we had a pretty decent size table, including our gift exchange.

We order some appetizers and our main dishes but unfortunately 2 of the main dishes were cold and not to what we ordered. Don't want to spend to much into detail but after speaking with the swing shift manager, all that was offered was a desert. To me being in Christmas eve and had to wait for the remade order and to wait long and everyone else had finished eating, therefor, killing the whole dine in vibe.

After calling back, I spoke with a different Manager, Micheal. He was very understanding and apologies for the inconvenience. Michael understood our the dining experience should have been met and a better resolution. This is the time of Managers that deserves recognition. We will be coming back due to his kindness and caring for his diners

We booked a reservation at 7 p.m. We arrived on time and was told it was a 30min wait. We waited 50 min before it was our turn. When we finally get seated another 25min passed and we had not had any server approach us. I went to the host desk to ask for a server to one to finally appear. By the time our order was taken, over an hour and a half had passed from our reservation time. 2 of my children had fallen asleep in our arms and we had to eat carrying them. The staff did not offer us anything for compensation for any inconvenience. My husband was a nice guy and still tipped.

Do yourself a favor and find another place to eat. It is not worth your time.

Food: ordered slow roasted tri-tip rarest possible which is medium with mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus.

Asparagus was good tips were little bit over roasted but not too much, mashed potatoes were good, tri rip was good.

Service: my girlfriend got the same thing as me but with a starter salad instead of mashed potatoes and tri tip that was well done, we specified that we don't want the meat to be pink. It came out pink. Upon notifying the server he was very kind and cooked the tri tip longer for my gf, and while she was waiting he brought out a side of clam chowder as an apology for free.
