We had a party of 10, the service was excellent and attentive from the moment we sat down! Food was delicious and nice selection of adult beverages as well. We'll be back sooner than later!

We had a huge party come in towards 11 pm. Theatre gang. Coming from a show and ready to eat. Understandably they didn’t have a table that could handle all of us but they could seat us at different tables around the restaurant. Great plan! Food was great. Atmosphere was a vibe. Servers were everything and more!!!

My best friend and I came to this location to have a quick meal and a sweet treat with their Tuesday $5 pizookies. There was a bit of a wait to be sat but our host was super kind and helpful, there was a miscommunication on which server would get us but the second Kat was assigned to our section she mediated it and was SO kind. She brought our food quick, and even washed the silverware herself on our behalf when they were taking a bit of time 🥺. She was such an angel and it was honestly the best experience I’ve had at any location with this company. I adore her and would pay extra to get her again!! If you’re her manager and you’re seeing this she needs a raise, thank youuuu🥳🥳.

Caitlyn from the BJs Coleman is such as sweetheart. She was very attentive to our table despite the rush. We appreciate her checking up on our group and going above and beyond. Definitely visiting this location more!

Waited forty five minutes to get seated after reservations, seems they are just a prop. Server seemed un interested, service was slow, food ok, not worth shouting about. After delivering food which came in waves, server said he was going on break. We wanted to order dessert as it was a birthday celebration and there were young ones. Had to interrupt another server in order to get service. Ended up spending two plus hours for a large bill, food nothing to shout about. Don’t care to go back, think this dog won’t hunt.

Went 9/20/25 around 5pm - front staff ignored us when we walked in, front host was texting on her phone and made sure to finish her text before greeting. Then towards the end waited 40+ minutes for a pizookie and actually left and said forget it don’t even want it anymore, and then to top it off they made it difficult to take it off the bill when we never even got the dessert at all. Oh but not even a minute after we left the table was fully cleared and clean, sorry for coming in I guess.
