Food and atmosphere were great! Overall the service was good in that everyone was super friendly, but we definitely had to do a few things on our own like bussing our own table to clear the dishes and getting our own waters from other staff Not sure if it’s a staff shortage or what not as all the staff were really welcoming and accommodating, there just were really long gaps in between seeing our server throughout the entire meal.

What a great place to stop and have a late lunch! The salads were fresh and delicious. So was the burger and chicken sandwich. Our server, Jayden, was remarkable, courteous, and knowledgeable on items on the menu. Look forward to our next visit.

Made to wait 40 minutes to pick up a Take Out order after getting an automated message saying the food was ready to pickup. The screen at the restaurant also said the food was ready to pickup for more than 30 minutes. If the food is not ready at least don't send misleading notifications and don't show the food is ready on the screen for half an hour. The order was 1 sandwich and 1 Ice cream. But I guess you only get any service at all if you dine in and there's a tip at the end. 1 star service because there's no option to rate 0 stars. Also 1 star to myself for being stupid enough to make a Take Out order at BJ's. Should've gone to bed hungry and still would've gone to bed happier.

Had one of the worst dine in experiences for any restaurant today. We had placed dine in order ahead for 7.20pm. We reached 7.15ish. We got checked in after a few minutes and were given a table. The server got it started but the food didn't arrive for half an hour. When I enquired, I was informed that food got delivered to the wrong table as apparently "we" changed the tables even though we were sitting in the same place where the host made us sit. I asked to at least provide fries soon as my kid was super hungry after 40 minutes of swimming.It came after some time (overall 50 minutes later) and didn't feel fresh/hot. Lukewarm at best. Mostly felt refried/microwaved ones. We didn't say anything as they would have made us wait longer. We got chicken wings soon along with a brewhouse bowl, which was missing any sauces (Greek yogurt crema) and was very dry. I asked for the side of crema it which never came. Side plates were given after asking for 4-5 times. Finally, when it was time to leave, I got everything billed twice. Even the server felt something wrong and came 3 times to remove one duplicated item each time.I know this is not common, and they have had some issues in the past with dine in order ahead of service, but this was the worst ever experience. Extra stars only because of past experience. I will think multiple times before I come here again or recommend it to anyone else.

Terrible server. Didn't really listen, brought wrong food and when told, no acknowledgment. My salad had sooo much dressing I couldn't eat it, soup was cold. Will not go back.

I usually love eating at BJ's, but this was by far the worst experience I've had at their chains. We made a reservation a week prior for 4 people at 5pm. When we got there, it looked like the staff up front were in complete disarray. Even though we had a reservation, waiting for them to seat us took forever. Our waiter was disorganized and either forgot about us several times, or just took way too long in between checking on us. About 35 minutes after we had ordered from him, he introduced us to our new waitress because he was going on lunch. He literally said “I'm going on lunch to eat because I'm starving”. As he walked away, my husband laughed and said “ya... us too”. When all was said and done, it took about 45 minutes to get our food after we ordered and unfortunately, it was cold and 2/4 were incorrect. We had to rush out of there to get to a 7pm show, but even after telling our new waitress that we were now in a hurry, she seemed to be in no rush to help us out. Long story short, definitely think about making reservations elsewhere.

I never ever leave reviews, but for this location, I just have to. Being in the food service industry myself, I can sympathize with the staff and understand their difficulties. However, this location shows no efforts of wanting to improve. 4 times I have ordered online, and my order arrives with missing items 90% of the time. I try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but my God is the staff here even trying? It seems like they want the store to close. Not to mention missing utensils more than half of the time. The times I've received utensils, there were napkins thrown in with clearly greasy hands. I can see the oil stains left on them, and it makes me question how sanitary their kitchen is. No way am I gonna wipe my mouth on that. My orders are always missing sides, and sometimes my dessert is nowhere to be found. Overall, dine or online, this location should be the last place you'd want to stop by.

This past week I went to BJ's for lunch. My friend recommended the place and I was not disappointed. My server Sasha was wonderful! She told me about the lunch specials and what a great deal they were. So many options for $13 plus $5 beers! Sasha was extremely sweet and very attentive to our needs. Ill definitely be back!

The food and service was amazing, especially the pizookie ?. Our server, Alexis, was so sweet as well as the manager michael. Such a great first time experience and would definitely try again.

Came in as a party of 15 and got sat in under 10 MINUTES. Incredible service from the staff. I would like to shout out our waiter Alexis for her amazing hospitality. She really made our experience at BJ enjoyable. Much thanks to the manager Michael and his awesome staff for helping our party as well. The highlight of our meal was the BJ famous Pizookie which came out super fast.

The service was great, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We had to wait for 15mins before we got our table. We tried their avocado egg rolls which came with a sweet sauce and it was super delicious! We also had the honey sriracha Brussel sprouts and it was pretty good too. For dessert we had their famous Pizzokie, we took the strawberry shortcake and it was heavenly with a buttery warm cookie , vanilla ice cream , strawberries and some strawberry sauce! We stopped for a quick bite however I saw they have pretty good options for main course as well, would love to visit again and try more things on their menu.
