We specifically paid extra for the high-rise dough, but were given the classic dough instead. On top of that, the pizza crust was completely burnt and loaded with way too much salt—absolutely inedible. When I called the store to address this, the person who answered (an Indian guy) had the audacity to say he couldn’t do anything about it and then hung up on me. The only “solution” offered was for me to drive all the way back to get a replacement. He flat-out refused to credit me back for the pizza or even apply a store credit for a future purchase. I’ve been eating Blaze Pizza for a long time and never had an experience this bad. The food was terrible, but the rude, dismissive customer service made it even worse. By far the most disappointing Blaze location. Avoid this branch if you actually want decent food and respect as a customer.

The food was ok. But the service was too slow + none of the workers were wearing hair net/cap. Seems like the owners are changed and it’s under different ownership. Looks like they are still adjusting to catering to crowd. No music was playing and it was very quiet and stressful environment.

Our Tesla actually suggested this in the Hungry Option, and we came here first, maybe two years ago. Blaze Pizza has been a constant favorite for our daughter since then. She loves the build-your-own pizza with veggie toppings, classic dough, and red sauce. She also loves taking blood orange lemonade, which is sweet but goes well with the pizza.
We ask for different toppings on the two halves, it’s great!

Went to the Blaze Pizza in Carlsbad California adjacent to the flower fields and it was disgusting for a restaurant. The floors in the dining and preparing are were filthy along with the tables & chairs. Men’s restroom was out of order and only one stall in the ladies room was working and restroom was filthy & unattended to per my daughter. Staff was telling customers to use the Starbucks restaurant next door. Clean up your restaurant people!!Ill go to Mod pizza next time!

Used to be a good place with good pizza but not anymore. We made a mistake of ordering pizza for a birthday party. 10 large pizzas, 5 of them arrived completely burnt. As you can guess, birthday party slots are limited, so we couldn't even go and replace pizzas. Guests were left hungry, pizzas were burnt to a point it wasn't edible. Birthday experience was ruined thanks to Blaze pizza, and that was a kid's birthday which makes it even worse.

Avoid this location, especially on weeknights. I experienced extremely long wait times, despite the restaurant appearing mostly empty. The issue? Severe understaffing. Only two employees were working during a busy period, and online orders were prioritized over in-person customers. I waited over 30 minutes in line, watching as online orders were fulfilled while the line barely moved. Frustrating and inefficient.

Wow. This place has gone downhill. I ordered a take two, which is half of a pizza but the associate didn’t understand what I meant. I had to explain several times & even pointed it out on the menu and he was still confused. The staff didn’t seem happy to be there either. The atmosphere seemed very sad, not lively like it used to be. I don’t know what happened.
