3 stars for the experience in store but 4 stars for the food. Came on a Friday night and boy it was busy! The line wrapped around the order counter and everybody's ordering 2 or 3, some even had an order of 7! The ambience of the store is not that bad, warm yellow light, a number of high and low tables for guests, order counter with a few staff members working non stop. Down the order counter is where you pay and pick up the pizza while behind the cashier is a huge "blaze" oven with fire flicking. The pizzas are thin dough, which is why this fire "fry" pizza works. The food tasted pretty good for my order of BBQ Chicken with white sauce, spinach and mushroom and topped with arugula. The cheesy bread is also the thin dough kind. Since it's thin dough, a kid can finish the 11" pizza; I like the fact that there's little left over. Their online ordering system deserves 2 stars and no more. I placed one order and then tried to place another. Both orders were going to the same email. However, I only got email confirmation of the second order and not the first one. Out of total confusion, I thought the first order did not go through and I ordered in person at the counter. Even though the online order was placed well before the counter order, I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for it, which also means their online order was late. Adding more confusion, it turned out both of my online orders were received and they delivered. When I ordered the Take Two online, I was really confused thinking it's one pizza and one side. And the view of the side list wasn't clear on the phone screen, so I ended up changing the meat ball order into cheesy bread unknowingly. The delivery process is also weird, probably because of so many customer orders. I had to chase down my missing half order and somehow they clearly knew my missing pieces were there but didn't bother to call my name for it.

So bad, I went I have to wait for 27 minutes to some one get my order . Because the two guys there just were making online orders.One of them said , they don’t have people to take my order.At the end I have to leave no body help to me.So bad.

The female employee (perhaps around early 30's) needs to be retrained. She was helping another client prior to us Completed the transaction. I watched her help the client who paid in cash at the register where she returned both bills and coins to the customer. then she proceeded to help me. She grabbed a crust and was ready to grab the toppings However, I stopped her and asked if she was going to change her gloves before touching the toppings. Given she touched dirty currency, and did not change her gloves Not only is she slow. She doesn't listen to the order We ordered 4 pizzas (3 BYO, one simple pie) For the simple pie I asked 4x for extra mozzarella no parmesan. Immediately upon putting the mozzarella she grabbed for the Parmesan and I accidentally said in a loud shocking voice 'no Parmesan'. I was beyond shocked that u asked prior 4x to exclude which she acknowledged and she disregarded. There was a younger female employee who completed the other 2 pizzas much quicker than this older women could with the simple pie and other BYO. Bottom line There is a lack of hygiene training with some staff.

First time having it and our pizza did not taste fresh or fully cooked. I spent $65 for four of us. Bought way too many pizzas and we each had a slice and threw them away. Very disappointed.

Always a fan of build you own pizza spots! Blaze is great cuz they have a rewards program and often give deals. Don't forget to ask them to put the garlic around the crust and do a drizzle on sauce on top. This spot has plenty of seating and great to stop by for lunch.

Changing from 5 stars to 1 star. I love Blaze pizza but on my most recent order, the gals at the front did not know about the keto pizza or protein pizza as listed online so I had to read all the items as we moved along the station. Also my pizza came out burnt. The entire under side and the edges were burnt! When it was time for pick up, they got my pizza mixed up with my friends, where she asked for an arugula finish. I wish they would have offered to remake my pizza. Lastly, the gals at the register said their barcode reader wasn't working and couldn't scan my rewards. Overall it was a disappointing experience. The employees were not engaged and had a do not care attitude.
This place was my favorite from the day they opened. Everything was great.As the year passed, it's going down.The place is depressing, and the staff don't smile and are barely talking. To make your pizza, two drops of what you want unless you keep telling them, can you please put some more.The price went up from 8 to $ 14, and the food from 10 to 2.Really sad.

He served my salad in a lid ! The worse Ceaser salad I have ever had ! Didn't even bother to fix it even when I pointed it out to him . 14.00 for this ? And it wasn't done right . Not coming here again for lunch .
