Adding to my previous review. I remembered that I was hiding a couple of vegan versions of Nidhi’s desserts, and had to really fight the urge to eat them before capturing a couple of photos. But this is a really difficult task. Food this good is impossible to photograph because you just want to experience it.
Often, baklava can feel really heavy, while being too sweet. Not these. They’re so light - I could just keep eating them.

Nidhi was a lifesaver in the last minute. I was looking to order something special as a take home gift for my guests and found blissful bites by chance. I tasted the mixed nut Baklavas and was sold. I called Nidhi on a whim and asked her if she can get me 100 pieces in the next 5 hours and she came through to my amazement. Every guest who took one home ended up messaging me back on how much they loved the dessert. It was a total hit and added a warm personal touch to the event. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

So much better than the local Turkish/lebanese places that sell baklava. I alone got done with an entire box within a couple days, so please order multiple boxes so you are satisfied. I ordered the gujjiya baklava from Blissful Bite for my son’s wedding mehndi. They were amazing! Just the right amount of sweetness and fabulous crunch. The flavors were subtle and perfect Everyone at the party (Indian and non Indian alike) enjoyed them and they were polished off in no time. Nidhi was very helpful - willing to make changes to suit our needs - sent them on lovely platters and made them look so pretty too. Will definitely order again

As a fan of traditional Middle Eastern desserts, I was blown away by the variety of Baklava options offered.Firstly, the texture of the Baklava was superb. Some varieties were soft and delicate, while others were crispy and satisfyingly crunchy. The layers of filo pastry were perfectly baked, and the texture complemented the richness of the nut filling in each piece.The aroma of the Baklava was also a standout feature for me. The fragrant notes of honey and spices infused throughout each bite, make for a truly indulgent treat.What I loved most was the variety of flavors they had to offer. While I had tried the traditional nut-filled version before, I had never tasted the pistachio or walnut varieties, which were both delicious.Overall, I highly recommend this bakery's Baklava to anyone looking for a high-quality, diverse selection of this classic Middle Eastern dessert. Blissful Bites is essentially, as the name would say it, “blissful”. We’ve been ordering these baclavas since they started and they are made for every occasion, and for no occasions as well! Fresh, tasteful flavours, sometimes an Indian touch, sometimes just so authentic - it’s a dessert not to be missed. They are sweet, but at the right and perfect sweetness - they seem to communicate all the care and effort that went into making them - when you take a bite and it explodes with a taste of bliss in your mouth! We’ll continue to keep ordering since this is indeed one of the best dishes out there! And it gets my family unified to agree on something - it’s Blissfull!

Can't recommend the various flavors of Baklava at Blissful Bite highly enough - they're filled with excellent flavors, but are simultaneously not overpoweringly sugary and sweet. These delicious, cute, bite-sized sweets are perfect for any occasion at any time!
