BAD boba tea. 0 stars if possible. I ordered the brown sugar milk, and it was nothing like the photo. It was just plain milk. They couldn't even change the ice level.

Update:
Just saw the reply by the owner and I have to say that this place has staff that are delusional as well. I asked for 50% sweetness and there was no back and forth that you have mentioned in your reply Sam. Thoroughly disappointed and must say your reply only adds to the extremely disappointing food and service.

Tried this place out for the first time and they're pretty good! I got the watermelon oat milk and my wife got the lychee refresher and both were very good! Excited to try more drinks from this place!

I am always looking for Boba places with non-caffeinated options. The barley milk tea here is absolutely delightful—the flavor is so interesting and layered. My husband took one sip of mine, ditched his (jasmine milk tea—also good) and stole mine. Hands down possibly the best boba flavor I have ever tried. It is my new favorite!

I absolutely love this place, it's so clean, simple, less is more, refreshing, you just feel at home and comfortable when you're here. Then there's the Tea, WOW. I've been experimenting with the build your own, choosing different flavors on top of green tea with boba and almond jelly which is amazing. Their boba are large and soft, unlike some other stores that aren't cooked enough they're hard in the center and small, these are perfect, they're delicate, they melt in your mouth and really enhance the tea experience. I'm a huge fan, and highly encourage you to stop by and try them out, you will not be disappointed.

Parking: Tons of free parking, oftentimes right in front of the store just a few steps away, if not there's plenty of parking in the major parking lot across the driveway from the store.

Kid-friendliness: This is a great positive place to bring kids of any age from the age of one all the way to 95, everybody feels good here.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wide open doors ADA compliant in a friendly accepting environment.

Loved my house milk tea with boba and red beans. Friendly service, plenty of parking, and nice tables with lots of outlets to bring your laptop and work.

We ordered hot drinks, it turned out to be a small cup size but they charged us the same price as the large cold plastic cup with informing us b4 hand. 2 hot boba drinks cost us $18 bucks, highway robbery, this place is a NO GO. Attached is the receipt and I didn’t know my husband tipped without his glasses on. $16 for 2 small drinks??? That was a mistake with this economy and completion out there???!!!

I should have read the poor reviews upon ordering. Similar to the other posts, our drinks lacked flavor, was watery, and/or not tasty. And no swapping or exchanges. The two employees gave us time to browse the menu. We asked about the difference in black tea and flavor profiles of the green teas. Both employees couldn't specifically elaborate on the differences. I then made up my mind and went for a green milk tea. When our drinks were ready, the appearance of my drink was very opaque and cloudy, with slight clarity at the top signifying a high water ratio. Before leaving we sampled our drinks. I was disappointed with mine that my friend also sampled it and came to the same conclusion: was watery and lacking tea flavor.I expressed to the employees about how bland the drink was. I asked if I could get a new drink in exchange or pay the difference."We can make you a new drink, but you'll be recharged" was their response. Disappointed, we took our drinks and left.Giving this place a very low review because of its policy and how bland all the drinks tasted. Not one drink did we enjoy that would make us want to return. There are other boba shops with better standards I'll be supporting.

Really good boba tea. I got the mango green tea 25% sweetness and it was really tasty. They had some really great flavors to pick from so I definitely plan to go back. The atmosphere was really chill, and had some places to charge your devices so it seems like a cool place to do some work. They also have some yummy looking mochi donuts that I will need to try next time. Boba was small and chewy. It was easy to park and get into the place. The staff was very friendly and approachable.

Their drink combos sound amazing. I want to try every single one. I got the lychee refresher (no toppings), which is lychee green tea with cucumber puree, and dang it’s refreshing. I want to try their guava tea yakult, their milk combo, and basically their entire specialty menu. My partner got sesame hojicha and dang it was good. I will be back.
