Perfect weather to get boba today. We also wanted somewhere cheap. This place was suggested of having a deal: Buy 2 and you get one free. I called to make sure the deal was still happening and the lady on the phone said, Yes!
We got thai milk teas, brown sugar, and taro for the free deal, $16.95 for 3 drinks.
Taro milk tea was perfect. It wasn't too sweet even when i ordered 100% sugar.

They didn't close the cap for my smoothies drinks well, and got spilled when it i brought into my house. Also, they didn't put strawberry jelly in my drinks eventhough the menu said with strawberry jelly.

Went to boba love today while waiting for my laundry to dry. A cute little boba shop next to huong lan on Tully. I’ve been here a few times and every time I get the same thing, the banh khot. I don’t know anywhere else that does it like this. It came out in 5 minutes, so crispy and they didn’t didn’t skimp on the veggies and banh khot. This all came out to about $16 which is not bad for all that. You can share it too, enough for 2 people. They give you a big container of fish sauce so you can pour as much as you please.

WOW!!!?? This is Definitely my New Boba Love Spot! This Boba Love is Hidden next to Huong Lan Sandwich in San Jose off of King and Tully Road. Plenty of Parking here. Definitely enjoyed the great Drinks, Milk Teas, Smoothies, Fresh Fruit Teas, and Yogurt Drinks! They are currently offering buy 2 get 1 free promotion so come check this place out!! I absolutely recommend Boba Love! I love the unique flavors, Mouthwatering Snacks, Simple Decors, and The food here!!! Order: Rose Milk Tea with strawberry jelly, 50% sweetWas on the hunt for a new boba place that I haven't tried yet. With so many options, I zeroed on this location.The rose milk tea is the one that stood out the most. I personally prefer 50% sweet because jelly always adds sweetness to the drink.I really enjoyed this flavor.They were out of the egg pudding topping, so I would like to try that eventually.The next visit will also include a snack food option.

Kinda pricey (hence 4 instead of 5 stars) but with the buy two get one free, totally reasonable prices. Flavor was awesome!!! Heavy tea flavor (my preference) in the wintermelon milk tea and strawberry green tea. No watered down taste at all. Solid spot for San Jose. Can’t wait to try the food next time.

Had the panda milk tea when I visited. It is definitely on the pricier side but the milk tea itself tasted great. The highlight was, without doubt, the black and white pearls/boba used. They had superb texture and were just the right amount of sweet.The only negative was that I had requested my drink without ice but was still served with ice.
