This place is terrible. The boba texture is off and low quality and it tastes like plastic. The tea in the fruit tea was extremely watery and flavorless. Additionally, the smoothie was marked as $6 but the only option was 24oz which was an additional $1. The fake flavoring was disgusting. I'm sad I wasted money on this as I couldn't even finish it.

I ordered the watermelon strawberry smoothie. It was just weird. Tasted nothing like a watermelon. It had a hint of weird fake strawberry candy flavor. I was really disappointed. Additionally, on the menu it said the drink was $6 then you have to choose a size and there's only one option available and it adds $1 to the cost. So $7 for a weird watered down strawberry candy juice. Yikes. I am not sure if I can recommend this place.

Big selection of milk & green tea, smoothies, snacks and main dishes. Lots of seating, indoors and outdoors. Friendly staff. Opens earlier than other places, which is nice.
Parking: There are 2 free designated spots, and they usually free up quickly, but if it's busy you need to park on the street.

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION AND READ THIS!I watched the lady cook in the kitchen drop my baguette on the floor pick it up and blow on it and then wipe it with a napkin. Then I continued to watch her put the sandwich together, towards the end she dropped other ingredients like herbs on the floor, and put them INTO my sandwich!!! I denied the sandwich. There were two employees in the store at the time, the other at the register stressed out- trying to speak to the lady making food and then simply ignoring her responses. BEWARE OF CONSUMING FOOD HERE! I've already filed a complaint with the department of health.This is just beyond unethical!
