Great drinks available in insanely large sizes at great prices, I really can't complain! They have a good amount of seating, which is perfect for people studying. I judge places by their basic black milk tea, and the black assam tea here is very flavorful!

THIS PLACE IS THE GOAT!! I came here for study, the view and the service is excellent! I love all the drinks here. There once time i accidentally spell my whole drink but they were kind enough to gave me another one and clean the mess without hesitation . Really my favorite boba place now. Love it!

Delicious teas made quick! I got a tea lemonade, half sweet, with lychee jelly. Half sweet was exactly what I expected and the sweet jelly offset it nicely. Afterwards, I felt really wired and jittery, so the caffeine content might be higher than usual. Maybe more like coffee than tea. The interior is nice and prices are just a tad bit high.
