Our first time here at this Location. Similar to my favorite Tasty Pot. They have several locations in the Bay Area. I love hot pots so this was a perfect lunch Treats. Love this Boiling Point Location because there are many of my favorites Shops close by. They offers some of my favorites Hot Pots that includes The Taiwanese Spicy Soup, Japanese Miso, House Special, Seafood, Thai Tomato, Stinky Tofu, Lamb Hot Pot, Beef Hot Pot, and Creamy Curry. Love their Flavorful and Refreshing Boba Drinks too!! Milk Teas are great and delightful!!!đ

Everything was fine as expected - crowded, busy, fast, minimal but friendly service. A good variety of broth base to choose from. Portion was larger than we expected. Price is on the high side for hot pot. We ordered 3 different pots, plus a couple meat appetizers. Overall good experience

I came in today with daughter to have a nice dinner, because I have been here before and the food is great . I waited to get seated like normal , after getting a table we never got any serviced and we decided to walk out . It felt to me like itâs only for Asian customers Iâm Mexican . Other clients who came after us were seated and ordered taken. That lady server needs training . At least tell the client that you would be taken the order shortly.

Stopped by to get lunch after getting a massage next door. I havenât been to BP in a very long time so was excited to have it again esp since I live in NYC. I got the beef hot soup with a side of rice which came with a free drink (green tea or winter melon juice). The service was a bit slow but the place was packed and busy so understandable. The broth was a bit bland but the sauces at the table helped.

They stopped doing free drinks at lunch time the last time I went with a party of 6. Even though it says on the menu you get free drinks if you eat between 11am - 3pm. Very annoyed by that because I had no issues getting a free drink at all during lunch during the week before.
I think they literally did that just to make you buy a drink -- since they were doing a get-one-meal free (voucher, not for current order) deal if you bought a drink with your meal.
Vegetarian options: Only one hot pot is vegetarian. And you can't chose spicy level for it.

Ate here yesterday (9/12) with my girlfriend. Normally a decent meal however was neglected by staff despite being the first table they pass by coming out of the kitchen. The table beside ours had more servers visit them (may have been a coworker or special guest idk, seemed familiar with staff) than our own. Slight inconvenience no biggie. HOWEVER the main point of this review is the day after (09/13) suffered extreme food poisoning and diarrhea. Never really had this issue until today. My girlfriend also suffered from food poisoning. Unfortunately will have to steer clear of this place.. shame because we genuinely like it.

Visited this place with my family. Was treated very poorly. Never been treated so rudely at a restaurant in my life. Asked if there was a way the food could be mild because it was extremely spicy for my child, husband, and I. Was told âour Asian customers like it spicy so thatâs how we make it.â It shouldnât matter that we were not Asian. Weâre still paying customers and shouldâve been treated with care and respect. Was never told there was a âno spice option.â Had to ask for a water refill. Had to go to the counter to get the bill and pay it. The waiter never checked on us. No one even said âThank you.â We love hot pot, but would never return to this place. It shouldnât matter what race we are as customers. Very hurtful.
Fantastic food! Super easy to order. Was quite a bit of a wait but totally worth it!

Great and reasonably priced. Delicious and bountiful. The owner gave us a 10% discount as it is our first time.

Got there around 8pm on a Tuesday and was seated immediately. Food came out really fast, maybe 5 or so minutes. I really like the flavor of the Taiwanese spicy, I got it the first time I went there, but it is a bit too spicy for me. I wish we could get it and adjust the spice because the flavor is tasty. I ended up getting the lamb one with medium spicy. I like mixing their garlic chili and garlic soy sauce to eat with the toppings.

I wasn't aware there was a Boiling Point in the Bay Area; I've only had it when I lived in Seattle. Our order included:#3 Korean bean paste soup#6 milk cream curry without creamI typically go for the curry hot pot. While I found the Seattle location slightly better, this one was still enjoyable. The green tea was a bit on the sweeter side. The staff is friendly. Overall, I prefer the Boiling Point locations in Seattle, but when I'm craving it, this one does the job!Parking spots are limited, but it shouldn't be too difficult to find one in the large plaza.
