They said we can’t make orders anymore if you can’t make more orders then don’t pick up the phone. Called at 5pm and restaurant closes at 9pm. Never coming here again.

We ordered the Soy Garlic wings with Bulgogi fries. The wings were a bit smaller than at the other Bonchon location that I've been to, but the consistency in the flavor of the wings are the same. The wings have a nice crunch when you bit into ớt and the sauce has a good blend between sweet and salty. 8/10Although I've been to Bonchon a few times, this is the first time I've had the Bulgogi fries here.I would highly recommend ordering this as an appetizer. Who knew Bulgogi mixes so well with the fries? The fries were a tad bit crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. 10/10Service was accommodating and very friendly. This is a good spot for a casual lunch or dinner.

This is one of the best Bonchon locations. They have consistently chicken quality and the skin is always nicely breaded. I usually come every couple months or so and I have never been disappointed. The zucchini is good too.
I can't believe I hadn't come here before. The food is absolutely incredible. My wife and I just ordered some starters: the bolgagi fries, spicy chicken sliders, and pork buns and it was heavenly. This is legitimately being added to my top food places in the area. Everyone was super nice and the inside is quite cozy. Seriously if you live around here and haven't been, go stop in, you won't regret it.
I love bonchon chickens especially half and half with white rice and good service I can eat peacefully while listening to a good music .

I usually leave a generous tip, so that's not an issue, but it felt really rude when last time i was at this place they demanded that 18% service fee be added to the bill, which i may get for a large group. Their limit was 6 people, and that's not really the problem yet. The problem was that we were 5 people and a 1 year old! when we pointed that out, the server was not trying to be considerate about it or anything, but rather gave us the feeling of "if you don't like it, you can leave."At the end of the day, we go to a restaurant to feel the hospitality, this place had none. Terrible attitude

Service was not good.One server for the night and he was very unexperienced.He was serving unopened beer because he couldn't find a bottle opener. The customer was so mad. Customer offered to open the bottle himself with a spoon server said I'll just give you a draft beer? customer said NO I want the bottle! And had to open it with a spoon himself.??Other customers couldn't eat there food because there was no silverware ?on the tables.My experience will be unforgettableThe food was okay until I found a big bug on my plate!!!!I was so grossed out? I couldn't run fast enough out of that place. The only good thing is that my partner and I didn't have to pay for the food .For the rest of the night my stomach was not doing well. I was really gross out!? ? ??Bonchon McKee you won't see me again.
