Foods are always great...the way the chicken were marinated, fried and served never changes from day 1. They are very consistent with the taste and texture of the chicken. They accommodate customization of foods. When I asked if I can replace kimchi instead of coleslaw l, without hesitation the staff said yes to it.

Visited Silver Creek location for the first time. Walked in and the restaurant reeked of disinfectant or some kind of cleaning fluid. Even though the front doors were open, it was just unappealing to be inside. No one was eating in the restaurant. We got take out for 5 people. We got home with the food and found they forgot to pack one of our sides. It was too far to drive back to get it fixed so we said forget it. I hate it when that happens. It's just sloppiness and carelessness. The chicken was pretty good and crispy. The drumsticks were huge and really juicy. The onion rings were mostly big but overcooked and had lots of black specks. The coleslaw side was so tiny. The container was only half filled. We shouldn't have ordered that. The other food was just ok. Overall, absolutely unimpressed. There are many other Korean fried chicken restaurants to eat at.

The Spanish host said I wasn’t allowed to eat in the restaurant because I ordered for to go. There was only one table with customers. Apparently this manager is very strict and doesn’t allow people to eat inside without stating it prior.
The chicken is a rip off, its so small that they dont even use bonchon logo boxes for take out order and give u a small brown box without logo instead. This is the online location that does that. They know they are ripping off and it would look weird to give the normal size bonchon box with such small pieces
