Dirty dirty dirty. The staff should have been cleaning and not eating and on their cell phones. I noticed upon entering the store that the door was filthy, covered with dirty fingerprints. I think that's very important to have clean especially in this day and age. Let alone the floors and the place looked run down.

I came here today. 1st there was a hair on my wings. I sent that single wing back. 2nd I asked for a box at the end and there was a CRAWLING BUG INSIDE THE BOX. They said they would give me a discount for the "inconvenience" which was $2 off lol Worst experience ever. Never coming here again and you shouldn't either.

We have ordered takeouts here past two years and guess we are lucky seeing all the negative reviews. We ordered again today and it was delicious (we ordered soy garlic, spicy, and yang-nyeom flavors). People are friendly and our order is always ready when we arrive at provided time.

Ever since I went to the location in Sunnyvale, I was excited to have one closer to me off Capitol Espressway. Perhaps this has changed owners because it's not the same as before. The Tteokbokki is not as flavorful and the Buldak has been watered down with what seems like Itty bitty pieces of chicken compared to decent chunk size before. I had the Bulgogi fries this time and it was not good. The spicy mayo couldn't even help bring good flavor like with the normal Bulgogi platter. It was only on top of the fries in the same takeout box as the chicken rather than a plastic container. Either way, the fries didn't even have any salt, just plain and soggy. Once you eat the bulgogi, it's nothing but bland fries. Buldak is my favorite dish and this is what took me so long to return. Doesn't seem like it will get better, so I'll cross Bonchon off my list.

The manager is pretty rude and would not let me do my job as a security officer to report the security issue to the company I work for, and even threatened to report me for scamming them (and quite possibly harrassment; i do not quite care at this point). I submitted an incident report anyway without photographic evidence. Do not try to assist in resolving any issues with them; they will aggressively ask you questions as to why it was necessary when your company states you are to report any and all incidents that pertain to the security issues at the shopping center they’re renting a space out from.

Had a wonderful last minute dinner after a day of museum and mall trips. Kids were happy with the service and the all food items. We finished EVERYTHINg. Note: bill includes service charge. Staff was very attentive and nice! We will definitely be back when in the area.

9.5/10 chicken wings and drumsticksThe chicken at this place is absolute FIRE. Perfectly cooked with a moist inside and crispy outside. The sauce used isn't too much. The soy garlic has a nice sweet flavor to it and the spicy isn't overpowering and has a decent kick to it but not unbearable.Got the medium combo with 10 wings and 6 drums. For $30 it's easily enough food for 2 and pretty reasonable.Also the seasoned fries had really great flavor. Seasoned fries we're about $7.50Absolutely would recommend this place to others. I will definitely be back to try more on the menu.

It was Super Bowl start time and they were swamped, but there was minimal communication, clearly bad organization and insufficient staffing. Waited over an hour for a mobile app order and watched dozens and dozens of doordash orders get served first. Clearly they don't value serving orders from the mobile app. Order via doordash if you actually want timely service.

This is some serious legit chicken. A great alternative to Wing Stop when you feel like chicken. Asian/Koren infused. And "spicy" means pretty spicy actually. It was fine for me, but my wife and kids felt thought spicy was quite spicy.

I was pretty disappointed in this location's food. I've had bonchon before and I absolutely love their soy garlic flavor. My partner and I ordered an order for pick up and we opened it up when we got home. I was VERY sad to see that the chicken pieces hadn't even been properly covered in sauce. Half of them weren't sauced and the others maybe had barely enough to not be considered bland. My partner wanted to drive all the way back to the restaurant but it was raining and I decided to just get some hot sauce from the fridge to salvage the flavorless pieces. For an order of chicken that costs nearly $30, to have half the box be bland unseasoned chicken, I was very discontented but didn't want to ruin our night. I originally didn't want to make this review before reaching out but I originally reached out using the contact us form on their website and left my information but nobody contacted me back. I usually really like bonchon but this location really let me down.

3.5 stars. It's pretty good, but I wouldn't say it's amazing. I definitely prefer Korean fried chicken over regular chicken wings and Bonchon does satisfy my cravings, but the wings are smaller each time I order them from this location. My go-to order is a 10-wing soy garlic with complimentary pickled radish. Waiters are polite and provide complimentary water. They also provide you gloves to eat with upon request. There's a lot of seating available and you can choose where to sit, but it does get pretty packed during peak hours. It's very spacious inside the store. If you're ordering for take out, I recommend you order on the app first so you don't have to wait as long. I also ordered Tteokbokki. It's my favorite Korean dish, but the Tteokbokki here is questionable. It's not sweet like typical Tteokbokki and I had to stop eating it completely after 3 bites. I was disappointed! :(
