We came around 11 a.m. on Saturday, and the place was very clean with just a few people inside. I originally came to try the grilled cheese, but it wasn’t really to my taste. On the other hand, the sandwich avocado with turkey was delicious! I’ll definitely come back again. The only downside was the coffee situation — you always have to ask for cream at the counter and specify how much you want. I wanted another cup, but felt a bit uncomfortable asking for 😄

Im sure the food is great, but being ignored by all of the enployees is not. We walked in, were looked at by someone doing some prep work but not a word was spoken to us. We stood in front of the registers to order for a few minutes while 2 other people were directly behind the counter, who did not acknowledge us. One even walked around the counter and directly in front if us, still did not even acknoledge us. We would have ordered from the kiosk but it was not working. Finally, the employee who wasnt even behind the register, the one doing prep work, finally looked up at us and started to walk in our direction as we began walking out to leave. Having an ordering kiosk does not mean you should just ignore people standing directly in front of you at the registers who clearly are ready to order.

Usually food is great but waited 10 minutes past when food was supposed to be ready for a Mac and cheese, only for it to be completely cold and a smaller portion than usual.

Have been consistently going to this Boudin since it opened and the service has gone downhill considerably. Multiple times now when I get takeout they get my order completely wrong. Tonight I got takeout for two items and they just straight up forgot to put one of the meals in the bag. Previous times they have forgotten to include various things like bread or other sides. Extremely annoying.

I was surprised that this place wasn’t as expensive as I’d thought! I also wasn’t ever a huge fan of sour dough bread but this place has made me a believer. Thank you so much for the great service and tasty food
This is the Boudin in the International terminal at the SF airport. Staff care less about customers and the quality of food. Your instructions on your order may get a deaf ear. Food is ok but not to the quality expected.

Excellent customer service from Shauna! Very polite, made excellent suggestions, and very friendly! Had the Fig, Prosciutto & Burrata Salad and club sandwich that was amazing! and the clam chowder of course. Yum! Glad we decided to try this location instead of going to the restaurant next store. Will definitely be coming back to this location often!!
