Always love to buy a few loaves to take home when I visit the Bay Area. Usually head to Saratoga store and always satisfied. This time at Almaden Expressway in San Jose they ONLY had large dark sourdough. I wanted multigrain whole wheat and so did the guy behind me. None available. I purchased 3 dark sourdough loaves. (Other customer walked out.) Very disappointing. Also bathroom not clean at 10:00 am.

Waited in line for 10 mins before deciding to order on the kiosk bc it was taking so long. Waited another 20+mins for my food. And was late to work. Speed and efficiency is not key here unfortunately. If your in a hurry order ahead far in advance so maybe you get your food on time.

Restaurant literally empty and they have no organization, it took 20 mins for me to ask what's going on, how hard is to cup open a sour dough and pour soup, the guy that is walking dropping off the food saw me that I got before the other 4 ppl after me, his explanation is that I order in the kiosk, but i didn't, bad experience in my first and last visit

I ordered a bowl of the broccoli cheddar soup tonight on a take out order and honestly it was so incredibly salty I could barely eat it. Not only do I not care for sodium rich foods but with my high blood pressure I can’t eat them. So disappointed because I used to come here and enjoy this soup, but no more. Boudin, think about your customer’s health.
Dietary restrictions: Don’t order the broccoli cheddar soup, too much sodium!!!

One of the most inefficient services I’ve been. The staff opened the door almost 5 min late at 1005am and people outside waiting and came at 10am when it’s supposed to be opened. Our order took 40min for to go clam chowder soups. While others who ordered after us got their order first. Waisted our time, very inefficient and disorganized. Don’t recommend if you’re on a timeline.

My burger was dry and not much flavor. Our order took a long time and after 3 people after us in line got their order I checked and they finally brought our order out.
For the manager: there are many flies around the cookies, the waiter and waitress are super slowwwwwww. Many tables are dirty, piled with dirty dishes, no body is cleaning them. I waited my food for 30 mins. Very unpleasant experience.

Food tasted good, but person at the register was rushing, we were still talking and telling him our order and he tried to speed things by saying okay and finishing the transaction. Half of the restaurant was closed due to the time, the other half had 1 booth and 2 tables that were cleaned off, we were the only ones in the restaurant. The female that works there, used the restroom and left without washing her hands and afterwards they were talking laughing and just hanging around instead of cleaning the dining area.

The food was great. We used the screen kiosk and it worked fine but people who had come in 15 minutes after we ordered got their food first. We ended up going up with our receipt to see what was happening. We finally got our food about 10 minutes later. Also there was a man doing clean up of tables clearing with gloves but then he would go back and bring out people's orders with those same gloves on. Doesn't seem sanitary. Lucky he was not who brought our order.
