The food was great, but the service was bad. The place was very dirty with tables that were not cleaned there was stuff on the floor. As we got there, we placed our order and It nearly took an HOUR for us to get our food which was really inconvenient.
However I will be going back because the food was very good.

The Bar area was full with people, and only one Busser with the Bar Tender also waiting on tables. Basically it took for ever to get my food, not her fault she was all alone. She tried her best but she needed help.

Stopped in for a bite to eat on Sunday, Dec 8th, 24'. And arrived at 9pm. Its been years since I'd been to a BuffaloWildWings, as they were one of the few places which offered late night dinning (open until 11pm.) on a Sunday in West San Jose. When we walked in there was no hostess to greet us, as we looked around for a minute in the foyer. Then we were approached by an employee dress very informal" (not in a uniform), and he asked us how he could help us?...
