1st time here, I tried the bun rieu and fermented pork, and both were really good! Didn't look like much, but that little bowl was a good-sized portion. Comes with a lot of veggies, too!

Wow, this Bun Bo Hue is the real deal! The broth was incredibly rich and complex, with just the right amount of spice. The different cuts of meat were all tender, and the blood cubes added an authentic touch. Loved having the fresh herbs and chili paste on the side to customize it to my liking. So satisfying!

After the noodle restaurant in the same building closed early, I decided to give this place a try, despite my initial skepticism bc of its emptiness and lack of reviews compared to other Hue restaurants. I ordered a combination plate of beo, nam, loc, bun bo hue, and mi quang, and was surprised by how delicious everything was. Having searched for a good Hue restaurant in San Jose for a while and nearly giving up, I’m glad to have found this gem and will definitely come back.
