They asked us how we wanted them to setup the food and even offered to get us dairy-free buns to accommodate for allergies. Definitely an Asian fusion concept. If you like Asian food, especially with flavoring/seasoning on the slightly higher side, give this place a try.

Food and experience was amazing. Had this at the San Jose Foodieland at the Santa Clara Fairgrounds. The line grew every time we passed by. Luckily we got there early and had the Braised pork belly and Pork bun. Was very impressed with the flavor and care in every bite. Will visit in the future as luckily we live in Santa Clara. Please expand your hours!!!

Stumbled upon this new spot inside Tiki Pete and was not disappointed! The guy was so nice and let me do a little mix and match for my lunch - I had the shoyu pork, pork belly, and shaking beef bao. Shaking beef and shoyu pork were my favorite but they were all good. The bao was super fresh and soft and meat was cooked perfectly and flavorful. Three bao is a good amount for a big appetite, two is okay for a lighter meal. Definitely will be going back!
