Guy behind the counter with glasses rude af, eat somewhere else. Ice machine not working? No drink refills? Then put some signage up noobs, the food was par for the course, so the kitchen staff gets an extra star. However customer service is non existent, this is basic business and ethics hospitality stuff, or lack thereof and is indicative of failure in management

I use the drive thru, so I'm not sure about the atmosphere. But the employees are so nice and quick with the orders! I don't go too often but Estrella and Ezekiel are top notch!!

Everytime I go to this Burger King, my order is wrong. The girl in the window gets an attitude when you tell her your order is wrong. I don’t know if they’re not listening, not understanding English, don’t care for the customers, and poor training.

Taco Bell is cheaper, more delicious and only 2 blocks away.
Review for fiery chicken burgers and chicken nuggets only: the bun was similar to Taco Bell? butter bun with different shape( it was soft, fresh, warm with mildly sweet and slightly butter taste), the fried chicken with the bun were perfectly fried, it was a good sandwich. Seeing they might possibly charge more for this sandwich in the future. The chicken nuggets it self were perfectly fried. Meaning, if you decide to reheat later, it would still be good. Can’t review for whoppers because those are not for me. Costumers service through drive through were fast, Signho was the name? Slow drive through for Friday night, which mean they probably missed late night crowd later. But, good foods, and costumer service in general this time around.

Crazy waiting time, 20 min drive thru wait , just because this branch have low staff, this is insane as well u need to pay for condiments. Food is not even warm as well fries is dry. I guess it depends who run the shift over the food control

Do not go here. Rude staff. Outrageous prices for trash food. The food tastes as though it’s been cooked in old oil. Only allowed one drink. Employees are rude when you try to ask questions. Burger King has went downhill fast and I’m waiting for this restaurant to completely fail. This isn’t the only Burger King I’ve been to that’s been trash and rude employees. I’ll go somewhere else. Again, DO NOT EAT HERE.
