Disappointing says they open at 6:30 am but I’m sitting in a drive thru for 15 min till there ready to serve smh I swear these workers be thinkin they the owners of these franchises

I went to the drive thru to order food and I sat in my car for more than 5 minutes waiting for someone. Their website and Google Maps says they open at 0630 but nobody even bothered to come to the window to say they are still closed. There were people inside the restaurant but not one person bothered to come to the drive thru window to say they are still closed. I called the number listed and the person said they open at 7am and hung up.

I made an order through the app. I was waiting in the drive-thru window for 25 minutes waiting for my chicken sandwich and didn't have my fries and wanted me to pull over and wait another 10 minutes 😑

The worst BK location I've ever been to. On several occasions there are zero customers and 2 people running the place and no one even acknowledges me at the counter waiting to order. Not wasting any time or $ with this establishment/brand. McDonald's always has near perfect service at every single location.
Great place to listen to the staff yell spanish into their phone for 20 mins while you wait for food.

Guy behind the counter with glasses rude af, eat somewhere else. Ice machine not working? No drink refills? Then put some signage up noobs, the food was par for the course, so the kitchen staff gets an extra star. However customer service is non existent, this is basic business and ethics hospitality stuff, or lack thereof and is indicative of failure in management
