Absolutely TRASH . Placed a mobile order because the staff doesnt want to be at the register and they have an attitude when you ask to order with them they say you have to do a mobile order. Okay cool , I get it you hate your job , ill help out and place a mobile order. HOW DO I PLACE A MOBILE ORDER AND YOU PEOPLE STILL WONT HELP OR ASSIST WITH ANYTHING. Waited 10 plus minutes for them to not help me and then another 20 minutes after placing the mobile order only for them to never even give me my food or anything. You people SUCK , if you dont want to work fast food go work at safeway or target or something. There's no reason your a jerk to people who are just trying to order food. Thats ridiculous and unfair.

By the time I got off my car cause I struggle to with my handicap,I got to the door 4 minutes to late.. they had the door locked already.. The Lady seen me and wouldn't open the door to let me go to the restroom before ordering.. I was and did order $25. Worth but want able to use the facility even after I mentioned needing to go..
On 4/3/25, I have 2 separate orders for 11:48 PM (4 items) & 11:53 PM (1 item). My brother picked them up but he didn't get the 2nd order.
I came back today at around 6:15 PM for a new order. I spoke to 2 ladies about the missing item (onion rings) with my proof of order from my phone but they refused to honor it. They said I should have canceled it (not possible after midnight cuz that's closing time) or called the next day like 5 AM.
Seriously? This is the only time I can take care of it. Bottomline, they won't correct their mistake & blame the customer!
