Her name is Laura. She treated me as if I was not even there. Twice in one visit!! Looked pass me to help somebody who arrived after I did. As if I wasn’t standing in line. The 2nd time, I stood at the pickup window and waited for a few minutes before she came back to the pickup window. Just as I was about to ask her for my order number, she proceeded to look behind me and asked a whole new customer who literally just walked in what’s his order number. She took a moment to gather his order, handed it him. Even after that she had no intention to help me. At no point did I mistreat or speak rudely to her and at no point did she stop being rude to me.

Just cancel three orders in a row from you guys because the women that are working over there, when I come in there and I got to wait for you guys to do what you're doing while my food is sitting there on the counter and waiting well there you go you just slow down your own business this is awful way of doing business this is why this country is in the toilet

After ordering on the mobile phone, I was prompted with a discount, but when I picked up the meal, I was told that the discount was not available at that branch. The meal preparation was slow and no number was called. The soda machine was difficult to operate. Sometimes it did not respond after pressing it multiple times. The taste of the soda was a little different. Maybe it was Multiple drinks share the same outlet, and the taste is a bit mixed. To be honest, BK except that the fries are better than McDonald's, the food is expensive and the service is poor. I ordered two meals today, but only one order of fries. I showed the ordering record on the mobile app to the staff. After a long delay, they reluctantly gave me back one order of fries. One of the meals I ordered was fish fillet, which was too salty. I won't be returning in the short term.
