They always get my order wrong and they never answer the phone. They put no cheese on a whopper i asked with extra cheese. You guys owe me a burger !!!

The cashier lady “Sarah” refused to sell me an extra ranch because they were running low. She said that the remaining ranch were for chicken nugget/chicken fry orders. That was really dumb because what if they didn’t get another customer the rest of the day? Idk I felt like I was already there, a paying customer, I was going to pay for the extra ranch, but she was more worried about future customers or people that weren’t even there. She was very stand offish and rude. Every time I come here. I always have a bad experience or negative vibes. Staff is so unfriendly, it’s sad. I think I’ll just go down the street to the other burger kings now. Done giving this place my hard earned money.

My mother of 67 years of age, was refused the use of bathroom because she needed to make purchase. She gave the cashier a dollar and then was given the password. This has happen 2 times and is the nearest restroom from the bus stop where she gets off.

I give 5 stars for food and service, but 1 for atmosphere. The restaurant is dated and run down, bathroom is atrocious and dining area always dirty especially tables, plus overrun by homeless beggars.
With that said the staff is very friendly and food is usually very good.
Whoever the franchise owner is should be ashamed on how they keep there restaurant, there definitely in it for the money.
Burger King corporation needs to notified on the condition of this restaurant

Paid 50 cents for a side of honey mustard through the mobile app (drive-thru order). It wasn't in the bag when I got to work. This is why one should never pay for it. I will now ask for the side free at the window. It's not the first time this has happened. I understand they were busy. My complaint isn't against the workers, just the idea of charging for the side.

To much Homeless rear property, missing lettece and No straw for my soda? Ask for ketchup and got Two packages asked for more and received attitude. Rude and don't follow orders. New management needed.
