Ordered: Fish sandwich NO TARTER and 2 Jr. Whoppers meal. It took twice as long as it should - 10 min. at the drive thru. The sandwich HAD TARTER. Fries were soggy warm and salty. The car in front took a five minutes to be served...which was long for a drive-thru! This later was because their order was returned and redone! Hence, our ten minute-wait. The cashier was trying her best to be kosher. We, however, decided on a full refund! Oh my, our first visit to this establishment, and last, sadly.

These people have no home training. Starting with CECE. The customer service here is just horrible. There is excessive signage placed by management around the store. You can tell they are not customer-centric. The bad attitude likely comes from the top (management) and trickles down. The place is run-down and it adds to the ghetto-ness of this intersectionATTENTION MANAGEMENT: take care of your customers and your customers will take care of the business. Notice how McDonalds is thriving and Burger King looks run down.The posted hours are wrong.
