While language should not be a barrier to employment,it should also not be a barrier to customers when we consider customer service.The official language in America is English.Burger kind language should not and is not a barrier to employment.Put the right people in the right places.How to I feel when I ask for "TOMATO KETCHUP"and I get a cup and when I express my grievance which I have experienced multiple times,a worker with total disrespect for a customer tells me that it is not a most to learn to speak English.

The thought of fast food usually grosses me out but for some reason I was craving Burger King out of nowhere. This was maybe my 2-3rd time coming to bk in my life and my first time trying any of the things in this picture. We went through the drive through and service was very fast and the employees were cool (about as enthusiastic as drive thru workers get lol). Honestly the food was actually good the onion rings didn't do the thing where you bite it and the rest of the onion slides out of the side you didn't bite and the fries and whopper were pretty tasty. They didn't skimp out on our sauces and honestly if I was ever craving bk again I'd come here. The location was well lit, and looks a lot cleaner than other restaurants in the same intersection.Overall it's nothing special.

Burger King does not accommodate the only dietary-related disability of which I am aware, thought it used to do so. Will rate 4 stars when Burger King or Burger King franchises stop making policies hostile toward those with a disability: celiac's disease, and those with gluten sensitivities. Months ago, food servers would not make my burger with bread and would put it in a container or box or even a bag one time with extra lettuce. I had asked for it to be low carb or gluten free and the servers knew what I wanted and would make the number 3 impossible meal without bread. I mean it's possible to ask for no onions, why not no bread. But now, "we don't do that. We don't have plates.""What if you put it in a box instead?" - me"We can't do that."It's not that they can't. It's that they won't. I will consider trying to get Burger King again a few years down the road if I'm desperate, maybe. They're not the only fast food joint with vegetarian options.It's really not worth it, food prepared not my way, two meals for almost thirty bucks. I will pass, thanks. And I did, passed the guy in front of me to leave the drive through. Bye!

I was unsatisfied the staff is rude I found a hair in my whopper I don't live close and was visiting that side of town I called asked for a refund since I got disgusted and said I would stop by next day. I went and the workers started to talk about me as if I didn't understand Spanish . The workers should be wearing hairnets not just a hat. and shouldnt talk about a customer thinking they don't speak another language. I don't need anyone to believe me but I was disgusted bu the hair found in food and the rude customer service I received . if I could give no stars I would

Usually I get decent drive-thru service when I order from this store but today, a young man was working and he didn't bother to do his job.Didn't bother to look at the order to see what sauces I ordered in the app and gave me no sauces. Then I got a vanilla soft serve sundae instead of a special Spider-Verse sundae I had ordered.Probably wasn't even going to tell me he switched the sundae to a soft serve ice cream until I asked him why the sundae looked like a plain, cheap soft serve ice cream. Then he admitted that they ran out. Awful service and I don't think I'll go back to that store anymore.

Haven't been here in ages. I was in the area so I thought why not stop by and get a burger. Came through the drive-through and It seemed that all the employees were having a good time, chitchatting and talking in the back and enjoying their company. They are very helpful and very friendly.ordered a whopper Junior they had a special, get two whopper juniors for five dollars so I said OK fine I can have one now and I'll have a later. also ordered the fries that were on special two. They were a larger size but cheaper than a small size.OMG I just had to laugh. I have never seen a whopper Junior, this tiny before it was so cute. It almost looks like it belonged in a happy meal, lol. Overall, the meal was good and the fries are perfectly done nice and crispy.

The employees at this BK are terrible, i never been in this situation before in my life, I'll never come back to this location anymore.First of all, I made an order number#1 on the men, it's cost me $12.49 plus tax will be $13.70 i get, i gave her $20 bill and she give me even $5 back with out saying a word, she is not even give me a napkin or ketchup for my order, i have to ask another BK employee for the ketchup, he gave me 2 ketchups!!! Then i have to ask him again for more.what's going on to this BK?????????????
