Absolutely devastated with the quality of the chicken. This is lower than McDonalds nugget quality.
This it was awful low end cheap cafeteria style food but at “gourmet” prices.
I’m never coming back here.

This is a ghost of a gourmet burger chain. I never tried burgerim before the bankruptcy of the chain but this little franchise survived. It serves allegedly hallal meat (I can't taste the difference). But also serves pork, etc. The fries were unremarkable. Same with the burger, but greasy, bacon had lots of gristle. The ingredients seem like they came from a bulk vendor like is used by countless golf course club house, roadside diner, etc. The difference is this has a fast food price.

I recently tried the Crispy Chicken Burger at BurgerIM Sanjose and I have to say it was a solid choice. The chicken fillet was crispy on the outside, just as the name suggests, and had a nice crunch with each bite. Inside, the chicken was juicy and tender, which I appreciated because sometimes crispy chicken can be dry, but that wasn’t the case here.
The toppings were fresh, especially the lettuce and tomato, which added a nice balance to the richness of the chicken. The bun was soft and slightly sweet, and it held everything together without getting soggy, even with the sauces. I liked that you could customize the burger to your liking, and I added some cheese and pickles, which made it even good.

I recently tried the Grilled Chicken Burger at BurgerIM, and it was a light yet satisfying option. The chicken breast was grilled well, with a nice char on the outside but still juicy and tender on the inside. It had a mild seasoning, which allowed the natural flavor of the chicken to stand out without being too overpowering.
What I really appreciated was the simplicity and freshness of the toppings. The crisp lettuce and juicy tomato added a refreshing crunch, while the pickles gave the burger a slight tang. The bun was soft and fresh, complementing the chicken perfectly and holding everything together without falling apart.
Overall, the Grilled Chicken Burger is a great choice if you’re looking for a healthier, lighter burger that still satisfies your cravings. It’s a clean, straightforward meal, but it could benefit from a little extra seasoning or customization.
I recently tried the Angus Cowboy Burger at BurgerIM, and it was a flavorful, hearty experience. The Angus beef patty was cooked perfectly—juicy and tender with that rich, bold flavor you expect from high-quality beef. The smoky BBQ sauce really stood out, adding a sweet and tangy kick that complemented the meat without overpowering it.
What I loved most was the combination of toppings. The crispy onion rings added a nice crunch, and the melted cheddar cheese brought a satisfying creaminess to every bite. The pickles gave it a little tang that balanced the richness, and the toasted bun held up well against all the ingredients, never getting soggy or falling apart.
Overall, I’d recommend the Angus Cowboy Burger if you’re in the mood for a flavorful, filling burger with a good mix of textures and bold flavors. It’s definitely worth a try for BBQ lovers!

At BurgerIM in San Jose, we enjoyed a flavorful variety of options. The Falafel Burger was crispy and well-seasoned, while the Impossible Burger offered a satisfying, meat-free alternative. Both were complemented by perfectly cooked onion rings and classic French fries. For drinks, the Ferrero Rocher shake was rich and indulgent, and the Pina Colada was refreshingly tropical. Overall, a delightful experience with diverse choices for everyone!

I ordered Uber eats today, I got the smash burger and bbq wings. I asked for no onions, they got my order wrong. They didn’t include a straw for my drink and the wings I ordered they didn’t even bother to put bbq sauce on it. They put it on the side. I’m so confused. Since when does bbq wings have a sauce that’s on the side. I had to take the sauce it put it on myself
Great food, great staff. They should improve the atmosphere. I ordered my food and then I figured out they have a special deal for happy hour. Asked one of the staff for it and they counted my order and brought an extra burger for me. Thank you guys! Keep up the good work and improve the atmosphere.

Best place to have burger when you crave for some. They have good choices of patties to choose from. I had tandoori chicken burger, it was too yum! Their boneless chicken wings are also good. You will not be disappointed for sure.
I’m definitely visiting this place again to try some other burgers as well. Friendly staff, nice ambience and yummy burgers is what makes this place worth visiting!
