At first I really loved their deals on Uber Eats but I got pretty tired of the burritos really quick. I often receive Salsas that are expired and the containers that it comes in sometimes swells up because it's not good anymore. One time my stomach hurt really bad from eating the salsa. I did have to call them one time to let them know that the salsa they were giving out we're not good anymore. Not flavor-wise just expiration date wise.

I went to eat here at this locasian. And the food was very nasty. The service was not good. They took forever to make my order. The staff didn't look very friendly. Will not be go in there to eat any more. The food left a bad taste in my mouth.

Did a phone order and the guy was super nice on the phone, then we went in and my wife added on some additional food to our order and he asked some questions and clarified what all comes on the food to make sure they would make it how we wanted it. The order came out fast accurate and extremely tasty! When my wife commented on how nice the guy was after I already thought the same I knew I had to leave a nice review. We need one closer to my home in Gilroy but either way we’ll eat here again!

We came here for a quick bite to eat. I waited about 20 minutes before I got my food. We ordered 2 burritos and a crispy grilled chicken taco. I The burritos were ok but the chicken taco was shredded chicken and super salty and watery. It was gross for $4 I expected it to be better. Definitely not worth the price or the wait time.

Service was really slow. 30+ minute wait for a to go burrito. Never been to a restaurant where the wait was that drastically long. The woman cooking was dreadfully slow, and nobody came by to help her so it was just compounding. Never again.

I have been eating at this Taqueria for years. The flavor is always delicious and they do have good service. With that being said the cost of a super Burrito is now $14.50 and the size of the burrito has been shrinking for years. At best with the great flavor of the burrito but its size the most it should cost is $10.50. San Jose has an abundance of burrito shops that are just as good and charging $12.50 for a much larger burrito. The slogan I think is already taken but great taste less filling fits!

We have long enjoyed Burrito Factory restaurants in San Jose. In fact, it is our favorite Mexican food. First and foremost, their salsas are second to none--I can air and eat chips and their salsa in a neverending loop, so we always get chips and salsa. Also get the steak ranchero platter, and ask for the green sauce. My daughter loves their chicken enchiladas drowned in their sauce. Have said all that, this is the first time we visited this particular restaurant -- I would just say that others in the area are more spacious.

First time and last the burritos at Toco Bell are bigger crazy for the price we paid over $50 for 3 OF them to be that small nothing like the pictures they post no where near sad will never go back to this place again FIRST AND LAST

This place has been here for as long as I can remember, for a good reason too. The food always tastes fresh and is hot. Staff is very nice, I always have to modify my order due to allergies and they are very nice about it. I'll keep coming here for years to come.

Every time I am in San Jose I eat here. My favorite meal is Chili Verde Mojado Super Burrito. It is a tank of deliciousness. I am hungry now. It is so good! The homemade guacamole is bomb dot com! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
