Awarding a 3 for service , food was lack luster. Got plate with cheese enchilada and pork tamale. Tamale was fine good flavor, not sure how you can screw up a cheese enchilada but they did. Most are larger shells, this was a taco size tortilla with not alot of cheese. Tough shell like it was heated in a microwave. Space and beans/rice were bland. Had to add salsa to get flavor. Got Chile Verde super burrito, alot more beans and rice and not enough meat. Chips and salsa to go is $6 but at least the chips were fresh and salsa tasty just a little runny.

Had to stop at the old Almaden Winery to give some old winery artwork to the Grand Poohba there.I pulled this stuff out of the Inglenook Winery up in Rutherford before it changed hands to Francis Ford Copala, he thinks they're his, but I told him to suck eggs, and I'm giving them to the Almaden Winery. The Burrito Factory was right there...and it was lunchtime so I whipped it on in and got a wet burrito.Man-O-Man was it Great! ☆☆☆☆☆

Surprised about this restaurant, been living over 5 years nearby and never came across to eat here. Decided to give it a try one day and I was pleasantly surprised, staff is very friendly and the food is good. Ambiance is more to go on a Friday after work with friends to have a quick drink and some tacos! Definitely a better burrito that chipotle with more feeling like home type of food.

Vegetarians should not be allowed to review real restaurants, saying they are 'okay' - This is a Mexican Burrito place - go to fresh express. Order a REAL burrito with carnitas or chile verde. Parking?? They have plenty of parking, review the restaurant not the street for your Tesla. Back to the burritos - Delicious! Get the Chile Verde if you're looking for a tender and spicy dish. The super micheladas come with so much shrimp, you will get full. The staff is great, super freindly and always attentive. The bar is fun and they make a some excellent Chavelas! Even though it's called Burrito Factory, it's all homemade goodness and I'm happy to have such a great family-owned and fun place next to the corporate, soul-less real factories like chipotle or panera. Tired of all these chain restaurants taking over and we need more Burrito Factories! Great food, great service and a fun place to eat, Bravo!

I had grilled chicken mole plate. It was tasty yummy. I wish the mole was a little richer, but that's just nitpicking.

Good burros! Very nice and polite staff. Good food. Good all the time. I order the breakfast burritos and the carne asada burritos.

Burrito's are the best. 10 bucs and you get a reg sized burrito. I had the carnitas, and its filled with rice & beans. but its pretty filling for 10 bucs. walked into the one behind wells fargo bank on blossom hill and poughkeepsie, near cottle, and just waited 10min...in the meantime I watched the game on t.v. and had a margherita...for 10 bucs its better than a lousy mcdonalds, in & out, or burger king....I've been there 2 times in 2 weeks to buy 4 burritos..guy at counter is pretty friendly to gringo's.....ha ha

So slow it was ridiculous. Place was pretty empty too. This location not good. Almaden is much better

I've been here multiple times. With the number of stars I am sure you are wondering why. Pros- close to the house, enroute home from work, and better then the other places in the area. Cons- the cost, tends to be a larger wait time for phone orders, and the taste is simply average.

Not the best Mexican food but it definitely satisfies your cravings. It's always the same guy working the front counter and he's usually nice and pretty quick.
