I reached out to Avani, the owner of Butter Cheeni, for a milestone birthday cake. I wanted a simple, elegant cake with minimal artificial colors or fondants, at the same time fancy enough for a milestone event. Avani is one of the most talented bakers I’ve worked with. I made a special order for a cake for one of my wedding events and she delivered way better than what I expected. The attention to detail, the flavors, and getting my vision into the cake was perfectly. executed. The cake was just the right amount of sweet, delicious and all of our guests loved it.
