Really good sandwiches, and iced coffee, prices are good too. They have the buy four sandwiches get the fifth free, deal. Be careful when you go, or order ahead of time, because the wait could be long, they get really busy sometimes. Their sandwiches are stuffed really well and their bread is crunchy and delicious.
Hardly any meat on my sandwich. For such high prices, this place is cheating its customers!

Loosing 1 star bc they always take forever and ordering ahead means still waiting even when the doordash pickup says it's ready. If you order at 11am expect a 45mjn to 1 hr wait for your order. I got a text from doordash it's ready and it wasn't. This happens often so it's definitely not a run in a grab your sandwich order thing unfortunately. But the sandwiches are good.
Also they'll put on doorsash it ready and it's not they'll change from pick up 1150 to 1210. They should stop taking orders if they can't accommodate tbh.

The best banh I have had! Bread is baked fresh. Their grilled pork and grilled beef was so tender and delicious. They have a small($4-$6) and large($8-$11) size. There is no place to sit and eat just to go. You order inside and pickup outside at the window. Definitely, must try if you are in the area!
