Great coffee place, and parking situation not so bad. I would say that it isn’t so easy to take meetings from this place due to noise, but if you’ve got a pair of headphones it isn’t hard to grind on your studying/work. Their pastries/etc are good and I have to say I also enjoy their drinks.

However, rude and bad service. I had to wait a long time to receive my drink, only to realize the cafe is out of cream or milk, and won’t offer any alternatives wanting to charge me for syrup so I don’t have my coffee black. (Note: I asked for cream when placing my order).
I was a bit astounded at the lack of good service and telling me it is what is, and there are no other options just drink the coffee black or pay for syrup.

Amazing place to work from, though it does get pretty packed sometimes. Their strawberry mojito (non-alcoholic) was the best I’ve ever had. The mashed strawberries were packed with flavor, and it was overall incredibly light and refreshing, and served in a cute glass cup. They must use really high quality jam, or maybe I just can’t tell the difference when it comes to jam. Either way though I LOVED IT AND THE OVERALL AMBIENCE!!

Wanted to try out a new coffee spot and I'm so happy that we did. We ordered a iced latte and an iced mocha with oat and they are perfect 👌. Customer service was amazing, ambiance was nice and its peaceful to enjoy coffee. Highly recommend you try this place! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I love that this coffee shop is open until 8:00 p.m. everyday that is so rare in this area where every other coffee shop just closes at 5:00 p.m. It does get very crowded though. There are a lot of people who come here with their laptops and sit there for hours. If you are lucky, you might find a seat outdoors though. Prices are steep as expected in the Bay Area.

Rude servers and poor service. The server didn't give us the ticket with the order and then rudely told us later that it was our fault we didn't take the receipt.
Neither the taste nor the service is worth the money and your time. I have been here multiple times and given multiple chances to this cafe but i was always disappointed.
I ordered beverage with no ice and I was given 3/4 of the quality. I have tried brownie and desserts, they were tastless, dry or stale or both.

Cons - ordered a rose cloud matcha, zero matcha taste unfortunately - weird wifi password process. I get that it changes every day but you have to get a printed receipt, or else they wont tell you the password. If you forget to print a receipt, you have to walk in line again and ask them to print it.

Got the cold brew with the Ube foam and a mushroom croissant. Croissant was sorta of overpriced a barely filled Kirkland croissant. I could barely taste the Ube in the coffee.
The space is nice and spacious with big tables for working and the staff is nice.
