Excellent cake!Kanica did justice to my requested design, did a perfect job and delivered the cake I imagined for my daughter's first birthday.Her fondant work is very delicate and neat! Her cake flavors are also up to the mark. She was very prompt with her response over texts and gave good suggestions on the design/flavor and sizing aspect. We didn't have much left ft over cake which attests her recommendations for size and also how tasty the cake was!Honestly I was nervous to try out her cake without tasting but let me assure you, you will not be disappointed. Everyone at the party loved the cake.Thank you Kanica for wonderful cake! Just as a suggestion, I'd love to see more sponge and filling flavors.

I thank my lucky starts for having found Kanica and working her on my daughter's birthday cake! Just looking at this cake made my us oohh and aahhh, but the taste, wow. It was the type of cake where many guests asked where we ordered it from. She is very quick to respond and follow up on inquiries, she worked with my budget when I thought I couldn't afford a two-tiered cake by suggesting and creating a cake that we could afford. Her talent and professionalism make her an absolute delight to work with. I highly recommend her and know anyone who hires her will have just as great of an experience. I wanted to write to you personally to thank you Kanica for being an amazing artist and human being!! "You are amazing! The cake was incredible, seriously the hit of the night!! People were blown away, my husband was so shocked and so surprised. That was literally the best hookah cake I have seen and tasted!! You were very kind and nice to accomodate a cake like that at the last minute. I love the design and you did such a fantastic job with arranging all the perfect details ! It was stunning and perfect and I couldn't have been more happy with your creation and the overall experience of working with you. My husband and So many of our friends kept on repeatedly mentioning their love of that cake -- how they had never tasted a cake like that and how it was so beautiful it was hard to believe it was a real cake!! At the end of the evening we did have some slices left over and those guests remaining all wanted to take it home, so none got wasted! You created my dream birthday cake - words cannot express how overjoyed we are. It tasted incredible!! I am so lucky to have met you and will be forever grateful to have worked with you.

We ordered a birthday cake for our daughters 18th birthday. It was Nightmare Before Christmas themed. The cake she made was so beautiful we hated to cut into it. Everybody was amazed when they saw it. The flavoring was good but a little dry for our taste. Pricing was amazing and she was very nice to work with. I would recommend her to anyone.

This review is long due! To start, Kanica was very kind to take my request only 3 days before the birthday. I was mind blown after seeing the finished cake, trust me on this, her attention to detail is truly exceptional, everything was looking just perfect!! Also, it was one of the most delicious cake I've ever had and everything on it was edible. In short, the whole process was a cake walk lol, thanks to Kanica for everything. Only if I could a 10 star rating instead of 5.

She makes great recommendations on picking cake design and flavors too. I found very few bakeries which make designer cakes using whipped cream (most places only offer fondant) and Kanica was very experienced in making beautiful cakes using whipped cream.

Kanica's cakes are one of the most wonderful things you can experience/taste/savor in life. There is no exaggeration here. Her cakes have spoilt me over all these years. I am nowhere close to being a baker but after I have had my share from her special cakes, and the benchmarks are set very high.
