I walked in once for meats and they hsd ran out, and told me the carnicero (meat guy) arrived until 6pm. I like that the meat isnt injected with preservatives making it look fresh for longer than normal. Plus he offers to ore season it for you, perfectly ready for the grill. Convenient.
