Good taco, good service

I have given this restaurant multiple chances hoping things would improve but it keeps getting worse. The service is practically non existent and the place is very dirty. Customer service is terrible with no attention or care for the guests. Even the food has gone downhill over time. I would not recommend this place to anyone until major improvements are made.

If I didn’t live their food as much as I do this review would be way worse. But by far this has been the worst customer service place I’ve ever been. I go here a lot. Obsessed with it their chicken tacos. But every time I come in it’s a task. I order my drink and not only does my food come before my drink most of the time, I usually have to ask for it. As I sit here and watch other tables get their items. Today was the final straw and the reason I won’t be returning. Not only did I wait for 20 minutes for my drink, after they brought our food out my wife’s was completely wrong. When she spoke up and told them no this isn’t what I ordered our host wanted to argue instead of making it right. On their menu it states 3 small crunchy type tacos for 11$. When we got the bill they charged us way more. So I advise any one coming here to double check their menu vs. the charges. Although I do love this place I know there’s more restaurants that deserve my money and prob have better service.

The wait for table service was over 10 min and there was barely any other customers. To get an adult beverage took 10 min. While there were multiple employees on staff, only one man was doing everything; greeting guests, taking orders, making drinks and running food. The food wasn't close to good enough to offset terrible service.

Came in late and the were closing or closed? But they let us order for to go!! Pretty nice of them.

It got busier as the evening went on, but service was slowwwww. Food was good (got a combination of the crispy and soft tacos) chicken was great the asada seemed more like ground beef. Generous portions. If you're not in a hurry and not worried about service for sure give it a try.

Cali Spartan has become our go-to place for birrea. We have gone back 3 times now - ordering the same item each time.

I promise to explore other parts of the menu when I go back for my 5th time onwards.

Food was cold yesterday and service was bad. All the waiters have attitudes. Not welcome attitudes. Since the food was cold and the waiter attitude was aggressive, I will never suggest this place to anyone. They can pound sand.
