I went today with my friend for lunch. The self-service machine was not working, so a very unhappy and unfriendly lady helped us. She was very rude and mean, and she forgot to add part of our order, then blamed us for it. When it was time to pay, she was watching to see what tip we would leave, and since we put 0, she became even more unhappy. The people after us were treated the same way. The food was good — 5 stars for the kitchen.

FOOD POISONING! BEWARE! DoorDashed Battered Fish & Chips @ 6pm on 8/17. THREE ORDERS! ONE ORDER CAME WITH 1/3 BATTERED FISH BURNT! Woke up the next morning with a stomach ache, which led to me projectile vomiting while on the toilet, diarrheaing. Stomach pain lasted three hours. Food quality and service was better years ago!!!!!

The manager is just killing it. He was so helpful today with our order. Employees are consistently customer service oriented. Food is great. Love the salmon salad. Fresh, flavorful and reasonably priced. Update to my review. My husband and I both got food poisoning today from salmon.

This is like a fast food restaurant, you order from the machine at the front counter and then wait for your number to be called.
But the food was delicious, especially the fish and chips , which was crispy and juicy. Shrimp skiwear also good too !
Great spot for seafood. The food feels fresh and full of flavor. Lots of healthy choices—loved the grilled branzino. Portions are generous too.

I am a loyal customer of this restaurant, and since my family lives nearby, we often come here to dine. However, today being a weekend, I decided to go out for deliveries and stopped by the restaurant to pick up an order. Unfortunately, the attitude of one staff member was absolutely terrible. He yelled and spoke loudly, as if scolding me, and showed clear annoyance, even though I was simply there to pick up my order.
This was truly an awful experience, and I will never return to this restaurant again. Moreover, I will definitely share this extremely disappointing experience with my friends and family. Bad customer service👎
