The bathroom needs a light. I asked to use the restroom and it was pitched black (meaning dark) you couldn’t see anything. I asked for her to turn on the light. She said it was broken / light was out. How is it Carl’s Jr cannot replace a light bulb, not to mention it should have been closed off because it could have posed a trip and fall issue that could have caused a lawsuit. Lucky it was me thier leasing office mall security officer. So seriously I hope it wasn’t a lie or a joke but just a lack of common sence on thier part for not keeping that restroom closed off until it gets repaired. The food was average / good. The staff was friendly with a hint carelessness after telling them I couldn’t use the rest room because I couldn’t see. Anyways, hopefully sometime in the near future the light bulb gets changed out or fixture gets fixed.

I came to this fast food establishment recently And had a horrible experience. The cashier, Angel, Was horrible, rude, Unprofessional and flat out did not deserve his job the day I came to this drive-through. The experience before that Was horrible, and I needed to speak with management above his level. I was promised things in management did not deliver On their follow up. Highly disgusted with this location and angels lack of professionalism.
