Horrible service waited 30 minutes to get my meal only one person inside taking orders and making the meals even though I had already she went ahead and took 3 orders from drive thru and even made there meals faster and still had me waiting. Aside from waiting 30 minutes the burgers were undercook/raw and missing items. It’s very unacceptable.

The lady forgot my chocolate milk, jalapeño poppers, and a set of fries. She didn’t even tell us the cost. And gave us two ketchups and one ranch for five people. Worst Carl’s Jr experience.

The food was mediocre fast food, surprised that very few people walked in, maybe 3? Seating area was clean, probably because there weren't any customers, but bathroom definitely needed attention. Wouldn't go back to this location.

I went through the drive thy at store number 1101694 located at 655 Coleman Ave. San Jose California at approximately 9:18pm.
The cashier who took my order is named Jesslin. When I placed my order he seemed irritated. I drop up to the drive up window to pay. I handed Jesslin my Chase Bank Debit card ending in 4488. Authorization code 071900.
He returned a food tray with the receipt, a milk shake and medium coke as well as two straws. I thought this was odd because he did not return my Chase Debit card. When he returned he handed a bag with my onion rings and burger. I asked him where is my card. He claimed he provided it.
I used the flashlight on my phone to check my car and outside around my car. No card found. I asked him again where is my card. He told me to pull around to the front of the store.
A few minutes later he came out and again told me he provided the card with the receipt. I told him I needed to speak with the manager. He called the manger and spoke with him then handed me the phone. I explained to the manager what had happened. He asked to speak with the employee again. The employee took my number and I haven't heard a word from anyone at Carl's Junior.
I will be reporting this crime to San Jose Police and to the Frauft department at Chase Bank because the employee never returned my card.
Always order from the drive-through. Always order the breakfast sandwich, western bacon burger, and chicken stars. Very prompt service

Bought a big hamburger which was absolutely terrible. It was $9. When I ate it, the meat was really dry; and the bread wasn't fresh (tasted stale). Some of the edges was a bit crusty. It seems the burger was made ahead of time and just sat there. Most terrible hamburger I ever ate. Outside of Carl's Jr doesn't seem clean for some reason. Never again going there for any meal.
