I went through the drive thru, and no one answered. Went inside and ordered through the app because no one at the counter. The food was good but a little expensive, $12 for a medium-sized steak and egg burrito meal, which included a medium drink and tator tots potatoes.

Food was good young girl who took my order was very friendly however I drove home and my order was wrong usually I won't go back however it was suppose to be a double and was a single and I paid for a double ( if was mine I would have just left it but it was someone else) the same young girl explained to the gl in the back in Spanish the exact order ( no tomato extra onion) well got home and it was no onion not that big of a deal since there were onions at home it was just the fact it was in purpose I'm assuming because I had then redo the whole order because the rest was now cold .

Service is terrible. Had to wait a long time for my food in the parking lot (I ordered 2 meals), the order was incorrect (large meal that I paid for ended up being small and medium). Carl's Jr is already expensive as it is and for them to not give the correct size in the order is even worse. I'd never come back to this location ever again.

Spiting in a shake idk ?♂️ I had spit come up theew the straw and couldn’t figure out how it got there. Wouldn’t come here I’ve gotten cold orders several times and now this after fighting with her the other night on a refund I deserved and ended up with spit in my drink I hope corporate sees this because it did infact happen this way !

Only positive thing to say is about the staff. Always friendly and quick service. But as far as the food.....absolutely disappointing. What happened to this chain? Quality of food is so depressing making McDonald's look better. I remember as a kid in 90s Carl's Jr was a higher tier burger than McDonald's. That does not hold true today. Don't get me started on the green burrito!!! Absolutely bland flavorless food. Won't be come back!
