Ordered two meals at 7:10 on a food delivery app for pickup. Tried picking up at 7:50 and they said they never found the order. Tried to show them and ask them to make it, the guy walked off and started looking at his phone when he said he'd check on it. 10 minutes later someone else came up and said they "found" the order and started making it. This mix up could happen to anyone, so whatever.The one star is because ALL of the workers were wearing their masks poorly or not at all, and did NOT respect the distance I tried to maintain with them and pulled their masks down FURTHER when they spoke to me. Absolutely disgusting, this is exactly why there are 200k people dead in the US.Who cares about the food when this place doesn't respect your basic health?

Love this place, but went there all the way from Arizona to have their awesome food, and covid of course affects all, but they need a better setup. It was terrible and we left without getting their awesome food and drinks.

Wanted to try this place for the first time. I get there and try to ask for a table but was completely ignored by the cashier, I tried to get her attention but she was so rude and acted like she didn't hear me. When I tried to ask the "host" for a table, he was too busy flirting with a drunk girl at the door. What a disaster of staff lol

2020: Fun place! Outdoor seating and a great view of downtown San Jose. Food quality is 'okay-to-good'; Menu is fine and if you've had a good burrito you can probably tell fairly quickly - Definitely not a dry meal and was pretty tasty to me. Hope you like it! I'd visit with a group, but seating was pretty chill

I liked this place a lot before COVID, obviously a lot of businesses took a hit during these times so i get it. But as of now i give it a 3star in comparison to other places doing outside dinning

First time here and based on previous reviews it's obvious why this place is not a good choice for food. My food looked like it had been cooked days prior, service was slow, but it was not the staff's fault, since they appeared very understaffed. I gave this place two stars because the owner should be more considerate of its staff and not overwork them.

I would give this place a 3 of 5 because I had order a shrimp burrito super but it was regular and, then after I called them and they send they can resend it and it took and hour to come so I had to wait 2 hours to get my food and the second time they still got wrong and I was mad because I the rest of my family have ate already and they gave me a refund and a $14 dollar credit doordash for next time.

Ok experience. Food is presented well and looks good with fresh ingredients. Unfortunately the flavor is simply not there. Had the nachos and a taco. Both were smothered with far too much food (odd complaint,I know) rendering both to almost exclusively require a fork to eat. I'm not very picky and def not a foodie - the food just needs more seasoning. Service was great however. It is not cash only any longer like another review stated.
