Ordered tacos and they gave me the wrong meat check your order before you leave the parking lot

Went there very disappointed, ordered a shrimp salad, for the price.No avocados, no onions and very plain. Tomatoes, lettuce and shrimp. Never again.

Overall pretty good food, especially if you're a vegetarian or vegan. The way they integrate their soy chorizo in tacos and other meals is amazing! My only issue is getting the orders right. I once ordered two tacos with my order and ended up receiving only one taco in a box; I assumed I got two of the tacos I ordered in the box. I would take extra caution in checking if they got your order right if you do delivery or takeout, but otherwise the food all tastes amazing!

Food was terrible no flavor what so ever and the drinks watered down yuck service was terrible took 30 minutes to order my food will never go again and absolutely don't recommend to any one

Every time that we've been here, we've had delicious food, great Margueritas and assorted Mexican cocktails, and excellent service! Sam has been especially great every time that he's served us.

Wow. No. Absolute no. Horribly overpriced, underseasonsed, and downright poorly made. Tried to engage the manager with some kind and enthusiastic constructive criticism but he wasn't having it and was more interested in his upsell. I'd like to lean on *newly opened" but with management like that I don't hold out much hope. Too bad, I was sincerely excited to have them in my neighborhood.

Honestly this place has a really cool.concept and the menu seemed legit. However both items we got were just alright. I was excited about the salsa and toppings bar however, maybe we just need to order something else next time. But it seemed like there was a full bar and order and bring to table, so could be fun for a boozy afternoon out on the weekend.

Taco Tuesdays! That is all you really need to know. Nothing beats $1 dollar street tacos. At this location, you order at the front and they bring your food out to you. I actually really like this since you dont need to chase down a waiter or waitress. Also, they have a self serve salsa bar that the downtown location does not have. I will definitely be coming here most Tuesdays for some tacos.

Decided to check out the new Chachos location and I will NEVER be back or support Chachos ever. It was Taco Tuesday and Happy Hour but they were not busy. I ordered a appetizer because I was told it was $2 cheaper during happy hour, I ordered 4 tacos because for Taco Tuesday they are only $1 and as I waited for my food I ordered a drink that was on happy hour. Well the cashier still charged me regular price for the appetizer and drink. OH and to make things better the cashier didn't even have the decency to ask me my name for my order. The receipt says BRAIDS (I currently have braids in my hair). This is DISREPECTFUL. Do better.

Ordered Door Dash at this location.... I ordered many things, $60 worth of food. Among those items I ordered chips and salsa. When I order chips and salsa, I expect SALSA. Opening my order to find there is no salsa is an absolute disappointment, are you kidding me?! Do you think I love eating some dry a** chips?????? NO. Please be more cognizant of your customers and what they ordered. You think it doesn't make a difference BUT IT DOES. Nothing was pleasing about my dry a** chips, unfortunately the most pleasant thing about these chips was throwing them away cus I had NO SALSA.
