First of all we have been to a lot of "Chalateco" restaurants and they have been great , but this one in particular, I ordered half a dozen of oysters they didn't bring limón for that every other place gives us limón , we ordered enchiladas , camarones empanizado and sopa de mariscos , they didn't give us the covers for it no spoons or forks , also the soup in the picture looks really good and they normally put atleast 2 legs of crab on my order , the only put the crab bone no meat , it was the worse experience besides them taking like 1 hour to serve us really bad ! Will never go back

Food is absolutely good but the service needs to improve went in put an order they said 20 minutes it’s was almost an hour only because it was a relative birthday and this is what she wanted very disappointed

Waited an hr for partial food, then after 10 more minutes decided to ask them about the rest of our food (tacos) waitress said she would look into which meant she forgot to place the order. She took the order wrong and was now upset. Took a while (3 requests) to get the bill. I guess sometimes restaurants don’t want customers.

This is the first time I come to this restaurant and I honestly didn't like it at all. Since it arrived everything was fine but then the waiter behaved very informally and was pressuring us with the orders and to finish they brought us different dishes and they were not what we had ordered. To finish it took a long time with the food and they were simple quesadillas with chicken. And also the cutlery was dirty. .........

Was told my order was going to be ready with in 15 mins, i got part of my order with in thay time, and they forgot about my burrito! Waited another 15 mins for, a total of 30mins for food is crazy! And its not that it was busy, they simply forgot to make it..

My friends and I were hanging out and I was craving papusas. I hadn't eaten here before but my friends said it was pretty good. They have a good menu offering if you want a burrito, gorditas tacos etc... I was impressed by their service. They packed each person's order individually and labeled it with each person's name. We ordered on Doordash via the group order option. What we ordered: Chili Verde wet burrito Tacos:lengua, asada and al pastor Papusas: squash with cheese, mixed, fried pork rind Plain sope Chicken Gordita Side of rice Unfortunately I didn't capture pictures of everything as we were quite hungry and inhaled our food. From what I ate personally, I thought the food was good but would not be on the top of my list to go back to for papusas or tacos. I think they could definitely step up their game on the tacos.
