A white dude was chatting it up with a woman when I had asked for help so someone could take my order he just pointed at the self service, I had questions and he didn’t even bother to help out so I walked off to give my money else where only place where they’ve never helped me through a cashier all the other Charley’s are on it wouldn’t recommend here they don’t care abt they’re customers.

Horrible food. Doesn’t even have all the ingredients listed in the menu item description. Everything simply has a bunch of lettuce dumped on it. Don’t eat here!!!!

Self selve kiosk only, food was trash and they didn't even have trays to carry food to tables. Would not recommend. My sandwich went straight to the garage. The meat seemed very off.

ordered 2 large size buggers and 2 fries for to go. but I got only 1 bugger when I opened box at home. make sure your pick up items.
3 employees behind the counter, 1 cash register, 1 self order kiosk. Long line behind the kiosk because a customer didn’t know how to use it. Employees refused to use the cash register, so the line kept getting longer and longer. Ridiculous! Customer service FAIL! I left without ordering; I’ll give my business to a different place. So sad because I used to be a frequent customer here.
This place is very slow. The wait time at Saturday night is 30min. That means it took 3 people 30min to prepare 8 orders, so almost average 4min to prepare one order.
How is this place still open? Food was garbage. My sandwich was butterflied open with cold bacon strips on top. Not an ounce of chipotle sauce. Fries had no salt and were not crispy. "Make it a combo" is a joke, more like add a side for extra money. 2 sandwiches, water, lemonade and 2 fries was just short of 40 dollars!!!! Nahhhh this isn't it. Save your money. Never going back.

The employees would rather stand around and watch a line build up around their single kiosk instead of taking orders. Went to TacoBell and had my food before the one group ordering was even done, which all of the employees were just standing there watching.

I asked the girl working if they took cash and she said no. I was extremely disappointed because that would have been a perfect super bowl meal. I ended up getting a slice of pizza next

There was an old Caucasian man taking and giving out the orders. He was really rude and giving out the orders really late. One of the guys from the kitchen gave me an extra ranch as the one I paid for the lid wasn't working. Right away, the old man started charging me for the 2 ranch they gave, saying it in a really rude mode. 66 cents for a super small portion of ranch. I ordered only 1 sandwich & 3 cheesticks, and it took them over 30 minutes to get my order ready. He caucasian guy gave a really bad service! Don't recommend it!!
