If you know me, then you know that I'm not a big fan of sandwiches, but I enjoyed the one from Charley's. I go around this location a lot and have tried just about every food place there besides Charley's. This time the wafting smell got to me and I decided why not try it out. And I was so happy I did! The eatery is located in the Eastrigde Mall Food court so they are a lot of seating. The only thing would be it can get pretty packed on weekends but since it's similar to fast food places, so seats open up quick. The service was just ok. The person talking the order wasn't very friendly, it felt very awkward and uncomfortable for me but at least it was a fast interaction. The workers on the other hand were nice and helpful. I got my order in about 5 minutes. I ordered everyday special, which is a chicken Philly with small fries. It was so good, it is literally one of my favorite sandwich's that I could eat everyday . It comes with a crispy bun, chicken, lettuce, Swiss cheese, tomatoes, pickles, and mayo dressing. It tastes amazing and melts in your mouth. The fries are so crispy and they pair with the sandwich well. It is also very filling, I even had left overs for dinner. It's a good place to try, if you want a quick bite.

This location isn't as good as others. Ordered a chicken Philly and bacon cheese fries. We asked for no lettuce but they put it in. Flavor is not bad but I wish it was warm. Since I only came here once, this was my experience but honestly I would not come back. No sauces or ketchup either. Had to use hot sauce from another restaurant. Service was also meh. Two stars for the somewhat fresh tomato, pickle and fries. Tables at the food court aren't clean either.

Ordered Philly cheese steak..poorly prepared..meat very dry lettuce, tomatoes ..barely any. Missing pickles..lots of mayoService:cashier doesn't handout receipt, you take your own receipt from the printer, cook: cross-contaminate. Will not eat here again

I go to eastridge often to watch movies as it is closeby, and sometimes right before, it is fun to grab a bite before heading in there. I had a chace to try Charley's Cheesesteaks - I ended up ordering the chicken cheesesteak, which came with chicken, bell peppers, onions and cheese and was decent. I also got fries with a side of cheese sauce. I feel like the sandwich could have had more flavor - maybe a sauce of some sort, but the fries were crispy and went well with the warm cheese sauce. For food court flavor this is okay, but does its job.
I came in the morning and the guy couldn't get the register working and he was very rude and did not accept my order

The loaded fires had literally no salt. The stake was very dry. Overall a very underwhelming experience.

This Charleys Cheesesteak is located at the food court in Oakridge Mall. Had some offers on my Charleys app so wanted to redeem them before they expired and then realized that they did not let you combine any offers. So I just went with the $2 off sandwich and placed my order on my phone while sitting at the food court. I ordered the large Philly Cheesesteak with everything on it. When my order went through, it noted a time the sandwich would be ready for pickup. About 15 minutes later I walked up to Charleys to check on it and there was no one there, waited for another minute or so and someone came out and was ready to take my order. I told them I have a mobile order and they said that they will get started on it now... so I had to wait another 15 mins.. over 30 minutes to get my order and there was no one else in front of me. Sandwich comes out and as you can see by my picture.. they were super generous on the veggies but the steak ratio was pretty low and the bread was a bit overly toasted. Disappointed that I had to wait so long for a sandwich that ended up being just okay. I love Charleys and it's just not the same anymore.. maybe it's just this location.

Undercooked oily fries. The fry cook needs to be fired. The cheesesteak barely had any peppers & onion and nothing special. The lemonade was good. I won't be back.
