There’s nothing better than to be greeted with a smile and a great attitude! Julio was the best server he made us feel welcomed and had a great sense of humor! The food was hot, delicious and plentiful. They have plenty of seating and parking in the back and front of the restaurant. We will definitely come back when we’re in town.

Best brunch in town. I’m pretty picky about breakfast food because I feel like my own homemade pancakes/waffles etc are pretty tasty, but this place is honestly delicious. I love the chipotle cream crepes with spinach and egg (vegetarian)!, my kids love the chocolate chip pancakes and benedicts, the owners are super duper friendly. It’s really great. We are now totally loyal to it, wouldn’t think of going to B***’s anymore and Uncle **? Please. This place feels cozier, fresher, cleaner, and definitely yummier. Highly recommend!

I ordered the Menudo and the tostadas with mole, and unfortunately this was one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. The potatoes, chicken, and even the Menudo did not taste fresh. The Menudo tasted several days possibly a week old and seemed close to spoiled. It was thick, had an off flavor, and the chicken was dark with a strange taste that was definitely not from the mole. I don’t understand how people can enjoy eating at this location when the food is literally verged to being spoiled. There was definitely nothing fresh and for being a Mexican restaurant. It’s very disappointing because of the quality was extremely. No one really cared about taking care of the guest and all you were able to see was the manager‘s flirting with the young Hostess ladies. They did have good music and a nice drink but when it comes to food, it was extremely disgusting. Definitely not worth 60 bucks. People please stop supporting bad restaurants

This is going to be my new favorite breakfast place. We ordered classic waffles, breakfast burritos and California omlette. Everything was too notch including the buttery hash browns. Roasted potatoes were the only thing a little underwhelming.

I shared an amazing house salad with steak (ranch dressing on the side) with my son; we agreed that it was the best salad we had ever eaten in our lives, to that point.

Wwoooowwwwww!!!!! Hands Down the best most flavorful breakfast I’ve had in the whole state of California!!! . The pancakes are to die for. The skillets are top tier and exploding with flavors. If you are in downtown looking for breakfast look no further! And they have all the empanadas you can imagine! I’ll be back for sureeee!

AMAZING!!! We came to San Jose to enjoy my fiancés bday. Before the activities we went to stop at another restaurant that had a 1 hour wait. I googled to see what else was in the area and Cheff Che popped up. Called for a wait time.. THERE WASNT ONE. Perfect… we headed right over. I felt like we walked into OUR OWN families restaurant, they were so welcoming. That’s enough for me to give all my money… then the food came out and it was the icing on the cake. They gave us an empanada trio to try while we waited… DELICIOUS… my teen had chicken and waffles.. toddler a waffle and fries 🙃… fiancé a basic breakfast (I believe it was called)… and I French toast, eggs, and chicken apple sausage. EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS!!! We will absolutely be back!!! Thank you for your kindness and amazing service.

Great Mexican/fusion food! We tried the aggs ahogado and the Cajun chicken sandwich. The chicken was a bit drier than I would have loved but it was still decent. They have a huge menu, lot of interesting alcohol options to choose from as well. They specialize in fresh baked sweet/savory empanadas as well.

Our server was also polite and patient. Would definitely visit again.

Hi I just wanted to say this is the best food I ever got and the staff named Julio was so kind and nice and he's wonderful and he's very cool but the first thing I tried was ham and scrambled eggs and link sausage and it was wonderful with Tabasco and also the waffle they did it so well made me feel like I was in a 5 star restaurant and I will very much come here again if I have a chance

An amazing atmosphere, from the moment you are enter you are greeted by a relaxing dim lit space, while wheel chair accessibility may be hindered by the narrow nature of the hall the place does offer outdoor seating, we started our meal with a coffee, I had a try at the kids meal the French fries and toast and I’m glad to say, quality is present even in kids dishes. Then my dish came the Crab, prawn, avocado. The crab and prawn cake on top of the English muffin topped with a garnish and avocado and a hollandais sause. Do not be fooled by the scale relative to the plate every dish that was presented was impressive in presentation and taste. I then had a try for desert at the berry crepe, the flavor not only was pleasant but I personally felt like I was transported to a walk on the side of a pond in spring the strawberry in the crepe added texture to the paste giving it a refreshing crunch and gushing flavor that elevated the dish far beyond your standard presentation you see in conventional crepes. Overall this place is a must have to anyone looking for a quality treat in San Jose I can guarantee you will enjoy this American latin fusion cafe.
