In San Jose you can throw a stone and hit 10 taquerias, this isn't one of the 10! So many choices of things to eat. This isn't your typical Mexican restaurant. You will remember this place,and you will want to come back. The food, the service, can't be beat. We were there two days ago and I can't stop thinking about this place ?? My friend and I met up there to discuss her wedding. We didn’t know what to order and the server guided us through and gave us some suggestions. I didn’t order anything for my son because I was going to share with him, since he is a bit picky, but the server ended up bringing him a Mickey mouse pancake. He went above and beyond with that act of kindness. My friend didn’t end up liking her drink because it was a bit sweet, but it wasn’t an issue, they gladly replaced it. Service and attentiveness were great. The food was delicious. Cafe very clean and neat. I hope to be back soon.

The food is very delicious, this time I tried some chilaquiles with egg and chorizo and the churro waffle, the delicious waffle with sugar, cinnamon, cajeta, whipped cream and vanilla ice cream. The staff is very friendly and the service is very fast.

Foods was great, it looked so good that I forgot to take a picture of the plate. My friends and I ordered a meat lovers skillet and the owner offered to split our meal into 2 plates. The portion was large enough to be shared between 2 peoples so don't worry too much about the price. Would come back again :
I feel like I am eating in a restaurant in Vegas and they have the perfect hangover menu. Great food, generous portions, full bar. Great colorful atmosphere on the Alameda. Fantastic menu. They also have empanadas to go, just in case.

This place was great. We took my brother there for his birthday. It was clean. This place had a great atmosphere. I'm kind of picky about where I eat and what I eat, and this restaurant/cafe was good on both. Not very busy, service was good, and the food was good. I had an omelette with linguica, sausage, ham, and bacon. With no ham and no bacon ? and a side of hash browns. Very good! I will definitely return there.
Parking: Parking is in the back.
Kid-friendliness: We had our niece with us and as soon as they sat us down the waitress gave her something to color and crayons.
First pick after landing at the airport and glad it was! Great service, extremely friendly. Amazing food and a ton of options! Food came out quick and was gone even faster. Need a spot like this in

The empanadas were super light and the right amount of sweet. We tried the guava flavor & cream cheese flavor and the custard flavor. They were yumm. I loved the Sandia agua fresca, it was very refreshing but it was definitely priced more for the quantity of the drink. We also had the veggie skillet. The eggs in the skillet was very light and fluffy. I wish they had more veggies instead of too much potatoes. Nothing to complain about the service or the ambience.
