AMAZING!!! We came to San Jose to enjoy my fiancés bday. Before the activities we went to stop at another restaurant that had a 1 hour wait. I googled to see what else was in the area and Cheff Che popped up. Called for a wait time.. THERE WASNT ONE. Perfect… we headed right over. Great Mexican/fusion food! We tried the aggs ahogado and the Cajun chicken sandwich. The chicken was a bit drier than I would have loved but it was still decent. They have a huge menu, lot of interesting alcohol options to choose from as well. They specialize in fresh baked sweet/savory empanadas as well.
Our server was also polite and patient. Would definitely visit again.
