I always love their chips(when fresh) and salsa. My usual is the two item combo with a chili relleño & chicken flautas. Margarita and the rest of the servers give friendly and quick service.
We came here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon with a group of 8, after attempting to go to a different nearby restaurant that had a long wait, we decided to come here instead. I would call Chevys the Applebee's of Mexican food. It's very Americanized, with a generic chain restaurant feel. Service, food and atmosphere were all subpar. Margarita( not the drink, the waitress :p ) literally made my visit great. She was very nice and bubbly. She made me feel like I was at home. Her service was on point. Next time I come here I am going to request to sit in her area :)
