Despite the tasty food, CFA often offers poor services. We ordered 5 items in total this time and 3 of them are either incorrect or missing. Similar issue has been observed at other locations as well. At this point I believe this is a generic issue across all CFA location. CFA needs to increase the training of the employees to avoid this type of problem.

Across the country, this has the only truly rude access insulting staff I've ever encountered. Wait in line, patiently behind black van as they decided in order. Then I go up, told I can't order, guy vibes it very rudely and flip menu around in front of me, while I sat in front of menu for two minutes waiting to order after car finished. Why the crazy lack of standard customer service ðŸ˜

Somehow when I try to add a missed receipt in the app, it’s already done. I know it’s not me. This is the second time at this location. I called to speak with a manager and no one answered. Not happy that I’m spending my money there and someone else takes my points.

Please refrain from going to this location. We typically try to avoid it due to items always missing and being incorrect but when we do decide to go since we are nearby, unfortunately the result has always been the same. It seems as though the staff have not been trained properly and managers do not care about ensuring employees know the standards. For some odd reason the staff here all of a sudden don’t understand what a spicy deluxe with pepper jack cheese is once you order it lettuce wrapped. Other examples include missing drinks, sides, requests. When you do bring up this issue, they deflect and pretend like you can’t read the packaging on your food telling you how it’s supposed to be made.

30mins for a Cobb salad. Employee acting like my order was never taken extremely rude after showing them my receipt. Took forever to get a refund bc supposedly no one knew how to process it.

For those with kids looking for a Chick-fil-A with a play place, this one has one! Also, the employees were beyond kind. Cleaned the table just for us to sit down and then came by to throw away the trash on our tray - both things we didn't ask for and wouldn't have minded if they didn't do. Phenomenal customer service!
