Tried calling the store back due to wrong order and first chik fil a ever to not pick up the phone ! Bad management.
They messed up my order (spicy delux, extra lettuce, extra tomatoes with small fries).
I got home and opened my box and they made a lettuce wrap instead so I had to drive all the way back. The girl (maybe shift supervisor) came to see what was wrong and she seemed to be mad with the mix up as I explained what happened like it’s my fault? She told the person in the back to make a new sandwich. I then asked for new fries as well since I picked up my food 25 mins ago, so it’s all stale now. And then the way she threw the whole bag with fries in the trash just rubbed me the wrong way. Like bro? I wasn’t even mad or yelling at you. I spoke to you with respect and told you how to fix the issue and you give me attitude?
You guys need to train your employees better cause she had an attitude problem when what I asked for was the least you guys could have done. Did she think I liked driving all the way back? She was so rude while I was being very nice and reasonable.

Did an online order for pick up and things overall go smoothly. The guy that gave me the order is really nice but their kitchen staff is messing some orders up in the five minutes that I am there. They also miss my drink when they bring out my order. Some employees seem like they can’t focus on one job then go to another. They jump from kitchen then cashier then forget some items on your order. Make sure to check your order to ensure you get all you ordered before you leave.

To the September 4th 7pm shift branch manager who has 13 years of restaurant experience, you don' t need to have a soda water button on your fountain to serve soda water from the fountain. Just press on any soda drink and don' t let the concentrates ayrup pour in the cup. All Chick-fil-As do that. Please learn this method. And no need to escalate the situation
