Disappointing Pretzel Bun Chicken Sandwich today.
They did NOT toast the bun, it was room temperature. The bacon was room temperature. It only took me about a minute or two to start eating it at the table and the manager asked if I waited too eat it, but made me another one anyway.
This second time, I tried it IMMEDIATELY and the Pretzel bun and bacon was room temperature. The cheese wasn't melted completely, but did eventually melt because the chicken was warm enough.
But within two bites the entire thing was cooled off from being in between room temperature things that should have been warm.
So don't expect a warm toasty sandwich at this location as advertised. 😔

It's been months since I've been to Chick-fil-A until today, because the food and service has been getting worse and worse, but I wanted to give it a chance again.
So I decided to try something different and about 40% of my chicken patty is missing! *As pictured* PLUS it wasn't fresh. AND they put the WRONG sauce in the bag. 🥴
NO quality control anymore! 😖
Plus WHY make charges so confusing, charging for each item? *As pictured *
I even saw in the Herald Weekly Chick-fil-a is listed FIRST in THE WORST FAST FOOD Restaurant in America! *As pictured*
I went during the lunch hour and the line was short, so I wonder if they are losing business?
The place is still going downhill, which is sad because thed USED to be really good. 😭

If you go through the drive through they will ask you to park on a fire lane to wait for your food or to park in a handicap spot to witch I will definitely not do you are asking me to break the law so you can take more orders!!! so then they will ask you to pull just on the side on the do not block big sign really do bettetr! Have designated spaces for waiting

100% THE ABSOLUTE WORST ATTITUDE I’ve ever seen at a fast food place. It was like … we were a problem - that we waned to buy from from them… how dare us…
And the bonus is you get to start your visit with someone who HAS to cut you off… (like, it makes no sense to try and cut the way they have a drive through here 1 car difference legitimately does t have a material difference, and 2 cars isn’t a big deal)
I find, the closer I am to extremely poor neighborhoods - the more I see desperate behavior like this. Didn’t expect it in San Jose.

Really friendly and fast service, but my order was incomplete and didn't realize until we were ready to habe dinner, my chickwn sandwich was missing. I live 20 mins out to hava gone back and phone transfers to a voicemail.

Dined eat in. Service was slow and a bit off. Enough people, but only one register open and everyone waiting in line to waiting to order. For that the tables are not even half full. They don’t seem to care of the slowness and seemed business as usual. On serving, they delivered our food to a different table, just took it and gave them to me. The Chicken is not that amazing, especially considering thats their signature dish and the price you pay. Got me thinking about the Costco across the street. The waffles were okay till I had one which tasted of dirt. Trash can was overflowing. Wont be coming again.
