So I don’t eat animals so … that being said, came here one time for my kid. Got friendly service and ordered my kid a sandwich and paid for added lettuce- it was the most hurt wilted jelly-ish gross 1 piece of lettuce I have ever seen - can it still be called “safe” for consumption? I do really appreciate that they are closed on Sunday. However … this lettuce situation can and should be fixed as visually it would be without question not appropriate, even for someone who is completely untrained in food safety or food handling. But as we don’t come, I can’t speak to what the normal situation is.

Incredibly impressed with the online ordering system and how the staff keep the condiment bar extremely well stocked despite the heavy foot traffic of this store. You have to ask staff for refills behind the counter, but they are extremely quick

The lady today at 3:42 in drive through gave me my bag of food and didn’t even say thank you or anything. Hello you work at chik fil a not jack in the box. Its rude to not thank you customers. Have a nice day thank you ?

I ordered brownie, french fries and strips 4ct. There was long hair inside the strips, I threw up right away, it was horrible. I threw it all in the trash. Now my appetite is fine, I don't want to eat anything, I feel sick.
