Really friendly and fast service, but my order was incomplete and didn't realize until we were ready to habe dinner, my chickwn sandwich was missing. I live 20 mins out to hava gone back and phone transfers to a voicemail.

Dined eat in. Service was slow and a bit off. Enough people, but only one register open and everyone waiting in line to waiting to order. For that the tables are not even half full. They don’t seem to care of the slowness and seemed business as usual. On serving, they delivered our food to a different table, just took it and gave them to me. The Chicken is not that amazing, especially considering thats their signature dish and the price you pay. Got me thinking about the Costco across the street. The waffles were okay till I had one which tasted of dirt. Trash can was overflowing. Wont be coming again.

This is the second day in a row that I’ve come through the drive-thru just to order a peach lemonade, only to find out after waiting in line that it’s not available. This is really frustrating and feels like poor management. If you’re out of stock, put up a sign so customers don’t waste their time sitting in line for something you can’t serve. Very disappointed.

Got me a thirty piece grilled everything was good until I went to the use the facilities and boy let me tell you it smells like they had a homeless man in here and he peed all over the floor. Guys do better idk why it’s so hard for you to not miss the big bowl in front of you, smh.

Very busy and a closed off parking lot. Chicken came out lukewarm and soggy, staff quickly refired but come on...it's the only thing on the menu!
